Those AI's are freaking terrible, most of the time they never get everything on what you ordered and after awhile it repeats the wrong thing you said and you had to go over it again and just hope that it registers your order correctly, on busy nights the drive thru can be heavily backed up.

The thing was that she put the coffee between her legs and took the lid off. She was , imo, 100% liable. McDonald's lawyers went all in on this little Grandma making her look like Hitler that the jury sided with her. As I recall, the coffee was far hotter than it should have been but common sense should tell you not to put a hot coffee between your legs and remove the lid while in a moving vehicle.

One of the worst chicken clubs I've ever had was from Burger King. Wendy's has made both the best & the worst. Really depends of the location, the manager, & the employees.
