Rapid and Gentle Depression Healing While You Sleep (with the help of the Superconscious)

This rapid yet gentle healing of depression can take place while you awake and is just as effective while you sleep. Why? Because your subconscious hears all, even asleep. As with my other Rapid Healing sessions, this will combine the power of my words with your subconscious mind and the all-powerful Superconscious to heal and lift depression.
I combine somatic (body and nervous system work) to calm the mind, and bring the body, brain and full nervous system back into a regulated state.
And this does NOT contain any regression to root cause, should you not wish to be reminded of the past. We start here and move forward into a brighter future where you merge with the future you, free of depression, as well as use multiple layers of healing.

More on this: I subtly start to encourage you to shift your focus away from the flow of thoughts and focus on the inward and outward flow of breath.
The breath is then the doorway to re-engage with your body as depression can cause a disconnect or even numbness. As your body awareness increases, I help the body move out of any unconscious defensive pose, numbness, or stressed state to relax, unwind and open up to further healing.
I then guide awareness to the heart space to help you develop self-compassion as well as body awareness.
We then do work to rebalance the body and activate and integrate information from the brain’s two hemispheres by focusing on what you feel with one hand over your belly and the other over your heart, which also helps bring anxiety relief. It also further strengthens the mind-body connection.
You are then guided to visualize meeting the future you to create optimism for the future and then you actually become the future you who is FREE of depression
After these first levels of healing, I call upon the Superconscious to heal ALL causes and effects of depression at ALL levels (physical, neurological, mental, emotional, nutritional and more)

Run this since the 3rd week in May. to now which is about 50 days. I've gone from sleeping 6.5 hours a night to 8 hours. A lot of physical and emotional pain is gone from my life. Will run it longer. It's been a big help. TY.

@@angelmagic100 mmm sometimes I can’t remember how I used to be before my depression normally being kind and polite to everyone eventho they were shit to me :/. But now I get more annoyed and emotional tired when I try to discuss issues with people at times. End up inside just hating myself and such

I really understand how you feel. I wasted so much much time feeling exhausted and anxious. Still trying to work my way out, and feeling so much guilt and regret over what I could've been and done.

Same here. Just keeps getting worse. I wonder if some of is could feel a storm coming and it did. I wish I could f9nd a good healer or counselor to help with the life long trauma I've been carrying around as in my late 50's its turning into never ending fear that things will just get worse as I've isolated myself not knowing wth else to do

I absolutely love all your work. I received a very rare event while in this meditation. Had some sort of light like Beings making circles around me. Over and over. It was a little unsettling but then it was amazing. All your work heals! Thank you so much.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, finally I have found you and your wonderful voice and finally you understand that some of us just can’t lay motionless or quiet our minds immediately.you said it’s OK to be restless it’s OK if you’re mines still running. I love the clarity of your voice. With other guided visualizations I have difficulty making out the words. I have had depression for most of my life and managed to fight through it and hide it pretty well. But now, after my only child's suicide and a period of homelessness, I'm almost too tired to move. My muscles are clenched all the time, and all thoughts and memories lead to sorrow and regret--that's the filter I see the world through now. Thank you for helping me relax enough to feel more motivated to heal.

It's totally normally to feel that ongoing clenching in the muscles and that's why I spent a good part of this session working on not just the nervous system reset, but also gentle progressive muscle release and a reconnection of body and mind. Your voice is so relaxing and easy to fall asleep to - I've been using a couple of your other videos and they have helped me massively in falling asleep and overcoming deeper emotions - I, like many others really appreciate the time you have taken to share your work with us. Whether you believe in God or not , may God (or whatever you believe in) bless you for your work and effort in helping others ❤❤ I will try this video for the next few weeks and I'm confident it will help (I was told for hypnotherapy/ hypnosis to work uou need to believe you want to get better and that it will help you) Much love and may those of you suffering with depression or anxiety overcome it. You can feel conflicted or uncertain or any other mix of emotion, but some part of you needs to want the change. I honestly really appreciate it - I've drifted off to sleep where I would normally struggle immensely and thank you for clarifying that as I started using hypnotherapy audio 2 years ago and noticed a big difference but then when my mother contacted a hypnotherapist and enquired about her services for my brother, he was quite difficult to convince in the sense that it would help him and she was told he has to want it to work but I'm trying to get him to give it a go. Thank you again and I will continue to use this ❤❤

I too, needed this.Thank you so much for your work. ❤ I've been suffering for 3 weeks with the worst night terrors of my life! It's led to sleep deprivation, anxiety, overthinking, underthinking, frustration, depression, confusion, hopelessness, lack of motivation, feeling broken beyond repair, and currently... very angry. I feel like an emotional dart board, and my Dr is annoyed with me (I don't have the option of seeing anyone else right now, due to my situation & a long burocratic story).I have tried EVERYTHING I can think of to do myself. Nothing has helped. Including an increase in nightmare medication (a BP med) dr approved 2 weeks ago! Otherwise. I'm fine. Just fine... 😥 🤪

I'm so sorry you are going through such a challenging time. I intend for this to calm the nervous system which keeps you and others in a hypervigilant state and unable to sleep. I'm so glad you're benefitting from this and other sessions I've released. 21 days is the average to start to fully shift a habit but each person is different. As you continue to feel positive progress keep listening and then use this as a "booster" whenever you need it from that point onwards. Repeated listening does have a cumulative positive effect too, strengthening the nervous system and the positive pathways in the brain. I wrote this to be gentle rather than dramatic changes, thinking about how the listener may be feeling and to ease into a calm healing process. Hope this keeps helping you, Sarah

Absolutely! In a nutshell, hypnosis does much more of the work for you than meditation. There will be a series of videos and a new podcast coming in 2024 to explain more.
