They could of used it to be better, but realistically it would not make sense for him to raise his body the way he did since he was shot. The way he did it layed down was accurate
The creator said they originally wanted Chuckys voice to change when Charles puts his soul in the doll but they scrapped that idea. The last clip in this video had the voice if they went with that idea.
that’s not true, that clips voice is the test voice they would use when recording the scene so they knew how the animatronics lips had to move. the creator was talking about a full cut of the movie with the good guy doll voice to be chucky when he was possesed and angry.
@@trainsgod1042 yes they had Jessica Walters (probably now best known for Archer and Arrested Development) record the entire movie. It didn’t do well with test audiences so Brad Dourif (who at the time only played the human Chucky) was brought back for the painfully obvious choice to also dub over the doll
@@cobrakairobloxenthusiast4291 it was almost 3 hours long they cut a lot out. The scenes are basically impossible to find they don’t know where they went. The scenes have the little girl Karen was talking to, with chucky and a train set, more voodoo scenes, him being batted into pieces instead of shot (they thought it was too violent) but each bullet was really a hit with a bat, a scene with Andy at the dentist. It would have been great if they found it.
@@UNikORNSUNDAE I’m sure one day someone who worked at MGM or United Artists will reveal the deleted / extended scenes to the public. Or maybe someone will do deep research and get in archives to find the scenes and then they’ll post about it causing the post to go viral and the Chucky fandom to get excited. My mom and older brother claimed to have seen the scenes on a vhs in the early 2000’s.
I think this one sounds better. It’s more visceral and angry, almost on the verge of tears. Also, it makes sense that he’s coughing and spitting up blood.
@@MrWood-pw8nn I hope theirs a deleted scene wen chucky gets burnt and will we actually see the burnt chucky get up from the living room floor and hid till Andy come out the room to go in the kitchen to grab the first aid kit and then we see the actual scene were Andy looks at the ground and finally finds out that chucky is not dead that he jus got up and walked away then a nother deleted scene comes were chucky is trying to get into the bedroom and we actually see the burnt chucky from a different angle and the final scene I hope is a deleted scene were we see chucky bites the police officers leg and then we see chucky stand up and trys to go after the the mom andy and mike
I read some where that a lot of the scenes are missing some where. Like instead of them shooting chucky they actually batted him into pieces. They thought that was “too violent” In this scene mike is wearing a dress he was in. A disguise that was deleted too and they can’t seem to find the missing footage
The complete video 111entertainment released, has another rehersal scene where Chucky says something to the doctor, before appliying Electroshocks on him.
That Hi Mikey sounds like buddi from the 2019 film kinda crazy to think that the editors cut that voice out all those years ago and the new film maker that made the 2019 film found this rare footage and went with the voice that was originally supposed to be chuckys voice threwout the whole series
@@brandonspain12345 Actually, Jessica Walters was to voice Chucky, but people hated the voice the director got Brad Dourif to voice Chucky, that's why a few voice lines are a little out of sync.
I wanna see the actual begging scene they shot with mike disguised as a woman to get Charles Lee ray to follow him the alley, if u pay close attention to the opening scene u can see mike throwing off his dress while chasing Charles . I would pay to see that footage , I like Charles Lee ray content . To me he’s creepier than Chucky the doll
This was for the workprint, which are usually made before the score of the finished filmed is made, so they'd used stock music from other films as placeholders.
@@SLIMECORE_TV Makes sense. It's still really cool to know that one of my favorite movies had some kind of inspiration on it. Kind of wonder what Chucky would be like in the Overlook?
The part at the beginning shows an alternate voodoo chant that isn’t in the movie. I believe Charles is on his knees or something it’s like a split second difference but it’s different
