Hi all, Today i am going to prepare Rava dosa without Maida.
Take 2 cups of Sooji or Rava and take 1 cup of Rice flour and 1 cup of Besan flour and 1 spoon of Salt and mix well with water and rest for 30 minutes.
For tempering add 2 spoons of oil, 1 spoon of pepper and 3/4 spoon of cumin seeds, 15 cashew nuts make it to small pieces, 1 green chillies finely chopped and curry leaves finely chopped.
Mix the tempering in the rava mix and pour sufficient water to make the batter watery.
Put dosa as in video and allow it to cook in medium flame till it turns golden.
