I liked AC Unity surprisingly. On PC, when patched, and with a 980 or above, it looked amazing. There was some filter they were using that made the light look like impressionist paintings, which I really appreciated. Paris was super pretty. Also, I always felt the historical backdrops were one of the most interesting parts of the games, and the French revolution is an amazing bit of history.

Actually, Gameworks gave us that GORGEOUS Global Illumination which made the game look so much better. But it was unoptimised at the time.

You think gameworks invented global illumination? LMFAO! No, it designed a way to do it so that it only works efficiently on nvidia hardware, and I mean 'efficiently' completely relative here.

I would get an APU if it was possible to use it simultaneously with a GPU- for example to help take a bit of recording off the cpu to the integrated GPU while still maintaining good quality.

Also I'd totally get an APU if it fit the bill for my needs. I'm not playing those triple A titles that really require more, and the thought of less noise and potentially a smaller case with that much power behind it makes me happy.

Holy crap, Keys, I agree with you 100% when it comes to Assassin's Creed! I was really hoping for some futuristic open-world action with the way Desmond was receiving special abilities from his ancestors. Nah, trap Desmond in an underground temple, and focus on yet another ancestor of his! And then cut the story short at the end.

4C 8T Ryzen APU with a Vega chip on em isn't bad for budget gamers, as long as the graphics at least is as powerful as an RX 570/580 or something.

I'm really curious about the new amd apu's. Already imagining building a htpc that you can use for casual gaming which fits in a tiny case. Just hope the price is right.
