I think it's a great head set for 50$ Only 250grams comfortable pretty good mic quality sound not that good for watching films but i think great for gaming
@6Hunna It is pretty good at first the mic has lots of static but you can adjust it in your computers settings I only have one problem the mic get in the way a lot so I would also consider the corsair hs35 which have a detachable mic or the hyperx cloud stinger
I need help, I bought this today but when I plugged it into my pc and played valorant (without the audio and mic jac since my front panel only has on port) it had sound but the mic didn’t work. And absolutely nothing on discord (no sound or mic). However, I plugged it into my phone and both the mic and sound worked. Do you know the problem? I downloaded the surround 7.1 sound too and everything works on the phone but not on my pc.
If your front panel only has one port, you might want to buy a Y-Connector so you can turn the Audio and Microphone jack into this hybrid jack then plug it into your PC. Now if this is the other way around and your have 2 ports in your PC but only 1 Jack, you will have to buy a Y-splitter. Hope this helps.
If for pc, you see those green and pink plug-ins? Theyre for sound and mic respectively. Since the Kraken X uses only a 3.5 mm headphone jack you'll need to buy a splitter for it.
with the headset it should come with a green and pink audio and mic splitter that you attach to the aux jack then on your pcs io (the back where all the ports are) there should be a pink and green jack receiver plug the splitter in and fixed
nope bro, it Virtual surround 7.1 doesn't work on consoles, had a Kraken x Lite before this one and either of them work on ps5. But on pc the VS works!
Don’t but this piece of crap unless you want it temporarily. Headband barely lasts 3 months due to the crappie material they’ve used and guess what you can’t claim warranty!
