@@frostfang1 I watched this movie a long time ago (I don't know why) and it sucks so bad. Basically the "plot" is just about these 2 bestfriends that start growing apart because one of them got a boyfriend. They don't hangout as much anymore and the single friend is really toxic and jealous. And the other friend with the boyfriend is also annoying. I think they make up at the end. Bad, bad movie. Oh, and they were in college and in a sorority
I just want to know why Dylan O'Brien was holding a chandelier when the monster invasion began. Why would he want to take a chandelier with him while escaping from a monster invasion?!!??!??

The whole "Letting go your victims and then chasing them" gave me Criminal Minds vibes from episode Open Season- 2x21. Pretty much two brothers abduct people and then let them loose in this huge forest, chase them and shoot them with arrows because they were hunters. Actually a really interesting plot, along with the whole show (criminal minds fans have my back with that) good show and I love it
There are TWO hunger games cast members in final girl: cato, played by alexander ludwig, and seneca crane (wavy beard guy talking to caesar flickerman in the first shot of the hunger games movie) played by wes bentley. he's the one talking to the little girl in the beginning.
Love and monsters was rlly good btw, I think it got rlly good critic reviews too. If you like movies like Zombieland, Scott’s guide to the zombie apocalypse, etc. you’ll probably like it

I know this is really of topic but I just have to come out and say this. I’ve been going through a rough time right now, and I hope it’ll get better at least I think it will. Anyways, back to what I was saying, Dylan you have keep my head high and not down. I’ve made it through mostly because of you and all of your commentary reviews. I just wanna give a big thanks to you. You’re so energetic and make a lot of jokes, which has made me be positive and gave me so much motivation. Thanks for being here and deciding to be a RU-vidr. I also wanna say you be you and nobody can change that, keep your personality that you have now. Don’t change, be yourself and nobody but yourself. Final Girl's concept was someone training a girl to be a "final girl", not "guys chase girl for no reason". The concept is interesting. The execution was terrible.
I absolute hate final girl. Nothing happens. She trains, she kills, it ends. There's no reason. No actual storyline and not even an amazing fight scene. Just her. Train, kill. Movie ends
@@Phygment I didn't watch the movie, so this may already be part of the movie, but I wish the girl fell in love with the guy. The guy knows what she is, so he decides to ake her the ultimate prey. Kinda like book and movie called The Most Dangerous Game. Anyways, the guy is grooming and love bombing her prior to her getting that assignment so when she finally gets the assignment to kill, she's already in love and can't really go on with the job like she used to. Then when it's time, she gets caught up and injured and the guy somehow protects her from the other men. Then in the last moment, he tries to kill her because he wanted to be the one to kill her. She is so heartbroken, she kills him in a violent rage.
I actually saw the movie about the mom who starts acting like a dog. It was weird, a little sad, not funny whatsoever. This was the first time I've seen the trailer. It doesn't fit.
Love and Monsters is honestly a highly underrated movie, and people who don’t get the context of the chandelier Dylan O’Brien carried around in the movie weren’t paying attention or aren’t smart enough to deduce the reason behind why he kept it, it’s a simple thing to understand

exactly what i thought. Why did they edit it in a way to make her behaviour seem funny? thb that scene would've been way funnier if the guy walked back to her and kicked her off of the bench
Love and Monsters is such a good movie 🍿 can't wait for the sequel. Dylan O'Brien is my all time favorite actor and I love how Dylan gets hype everytime he's mentioned
I was pretty sure Dylan was talking about Peeta when he said “that’s the hunger games guy right?” but then Seneca Crane and Cato came onto the screen 😂 so technically both of the guys on the thumbnail were the “hunger games guy”
@@athenajaxon2397 no idk i think the SITUATION would be terrifying, as it should, but he was saying that it was filmed and cut together so badly that it took him out of the scenario and made it it less scary. or maybe it was totally his male privilege idk.
Honestly, hilarious! I was worried what Dylan had to say about Love and Monsters, so I'm glad it was all good! I know he doesn't take recommendations, which is totally fair. What I would love is to know what the best trailers he has ever seen are! Mostly because I know what he hates, but I'm curious about what he considers great!
When you get to "Final Girl" and mention that the one guy looks like the hunger games guy, but don't realize the Guy interviewing is from the hunger games also lol
