Yeah lol I like fantano but this is the dumbest video I’ve seen by him. This is all just Anthony trying to forge meaning into any Kanye tweet. Some of them sound right but this is all pretty meaningless
Is his YT channel about political criticism? I get the point that you're trying to convey but if you want to discuss about that subject go to pol or x. Cheers my man.
I did not want to believe this, but I walked into the brother Kanye's closet and I found new shoes. I found new shoes! Kanye, would you like to step forward and explain these new shoes?!
Kanye: Sometimes you have to get rid of everything Melon: Distractions can be hell, and will keep you from doing what you need to get done Me: I'm watching a video of a melon reacting to a rapper's tweets while I have English and Biology homework
J Victor I mean he was off the grid for a while. I’m sure he wouldn’t hop on Twitter after deactivating it to say there’s an album then push it back. That’s just too whack.
I'm a kanyeist, and to this I will respond with a quote from the great philosopher "let's be less concerned with ownership of ideas. It is important that ideas see the light of day even if you don't get the credit for them. Let's be less concerned with credit awards and external validation."
actually go watch his Motivation video that is his best insightful video. matter of fact heres the link: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-B3zSp0H1jAk.html
Gargoyle Named Lexington I personally prefer the original, it has a certain magic to it, as most good Dylan songs have. In the musical sense there's more content and depth in the Hendrix version though (and I still love it)
"Let's be less concerned with ownership of ideas" FUCK THAT it's easy to say when you're a millionaire but when you're an artist just starting out and somebody rips you off, established or also just beginning, and gets the credit for the concept/work it is brutally unfair. CREDIT SHOULD ALWAYS BE GIVEN
I love that Kanye West is in a better state in his life. Makes me so happy considering that I grew up with the man’s music since I was 5. I’m 18 now and sometimes I’m worried about him.
the album didn't get a re-master that fixed the album... why do you need TND to make a video on the album? You can like it without him liking it that much.
Hey @fantano, prob won't see this but I found your channel recently while looking for Year of the Snitch and wanted to let you know I think you're great. Your attitude and outlook are inspirational and your opinions are not all garbage. Happy weed day
Honestly all the comments predicting the album will be bad based on the negative connotation of this video is a very poetic summary of Kanye’s life tbh, despite his music being brilliant and technically being successful even with that he is basically a lol cow, and without it he would probably be in a ward, which causes people to forget his legitimate talent and are surprised when he reminds them.
i love it when you do videos like these, good shit bb. you should read them chronologically tho! it seems like some of the meaning of the consecutive ones are lost when read out of order.
The thing you said about time being linear is so true. Many find comfort in the teachings that it is cyclical, and its possible that sort of thinking can make you less motivated to do anything because you think whats the point, its all part of a never ending cycle.
Someone probably mentionned it. But the "It's not where you take things from. It's where you take them to." quote is from Godard if anyone (or Plebthony) are curious.
I always appreciate the melons content. I wish you remembered he is referencing his fashion and sneaker linesin a good amount of these, hence the images he posted. But this is a music channel so i understand but.
I just realised kids see ghost is a play off the line "I see dead people" said by young Haley Joel Osment in the Sixth Sense, an M Night Shyamalan film. Kanye still showing love for Shyamalan after all these years.
On the argument of time vs human patterns, the key question I feel you missed is what is time itself and by whom is it defined? If humans weren't present to define it, would time exist or does it depend on human conceptualisation? If we didn't define time, all we would be left with is the present moment, where the next moment and the next moment which we call time would only arrive as the present moment, therefore no real past or future. From this place, that question becomes different, with the idea that if time is dependent on people then maybe yes, time could be cyclical. Religions such as Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism & Taoism all address this point and are worth skimming over, if not to change your mind, but to expand your points of approach.
“It's not where you take things from - it's where you take them to.” ― Jean-Luc Godard (Kanye took from Godard, but i'm not sure where he took it to...twitter?)
Is the new Cudi and Kanye album going to be a sequel to Speedin Bullet 2 Heaven? If it is, I'm requesting each of those 7 tracks are all a minimum of 20 minutes long
