I know you know about Tokyo Dome but don't forget to check out Madison Square Garden (1995) and the amateur footages from the rest of the daydream tour (Rotterdam, audio from Paris and London). You can find dubbed and undubbed footage from many performances (including Tokyo Dome, MSG) and I feel like they showcase the true size of her voice better.

You can't skip If It's Over live at the 1992 Grammys. It's one of the greatest Live performances ever by any artist of all time!

I guess one of the early iconic performances you should react to is her rendition of America The Beautiful. People knew then what was coming.

I'm so glad youtube recommended you to me. Really looking forward to seeing your reactions to Mariah's best live performances. I would like to recommend this list of my personal favourites below (a couple of them are Christmas themed but are so outstanding in my opinion that they deserve to be included): Yours Today show, The one Shining through the rain special MTV, Emotions Arsenio Hall, If it's over, one performance at the Grammys and the other at Saturday night live (both highly recommended for different reasons), My saving grace Oprah (potentially partially live, but still one of my very favourites), Joy to the world from the St John the divine concert (the entire concert is amazing actually), the entire A home for the holidays concert (it includes songs from Glitter soundtrack as well), and her entire 2010 Christmas at Washington concert. No mention of Tokyo dome since it goes without saying that is pretty essential viewing. Hope you enjoy!

Hi Tre! I recommend you to watch her best performances in every era consecutively to get to appreciate her growth as a performer. My favorite performances from debut era are: Love Takes Time at The Apollo Theatre, Vision Of Love at Good Morning America, Vision Of Love at SNL, Someday at AMA 1991. You can do a separate video per performance or compile them. But i feel like compiling them in one video is the better idea since i'm more used to watching your long videos. it'd be cool if you listened to the highlights from the underrated Jamaica concert from 2015. whatever she was on that night had her feeling good and relaxed. giving stage presence, taking vocal risks and showing her true showmanship as an actual musically inclined vocalist. not overthinking her voice and showing out.

Don't listen to the uneducated heifers about what "dubbed" means. Made for TV concerts are no different than a concert tour dvd. It's a highlight reel that shows you the best of the best performances. You don't get 20 camera angles because she just sang the song ONCE. She sings the same song back to back 2-3 times and they transition between the different takes. There are literally 2-3 songs of every performance. Dubbing is used during the transition process between the different clips just like a tour dvd when you transition from one concert location to the next during the same song. It's used for a seamless transition between the different takes. All the vocals are 100% live from that night.
