Definitely looking forward to doing a re craft on my iron rangers with you guys, but there’s a couple things I wish you could do. Maybe a future video(s) dedicated to showing and explaining the different welt options and dye options. I did catch an explanation of split vs storm welt in a brief part of one of your videos . But I really think a dedicated video would do well! Anyways, thanks for the hard work and heart felt quality you guys put out cheers 🍻
Very informative my apologies for being Devil's advocate. For clarification it would be a "no" on stitchdown boots such as Nick's? Was just curious or is it a consultation and would just depend? Or is this more a try to keep all the people who are new to boots and shoes and rely on cemented construction sort of deal?
The Goodyear welted only thing only applies to online purchasing. A consultation would be in order for a turndown, blake or cement construction shoe/boot. Thanks
Question on the recrafting menu on your website: Welts. Is this question if we want a new welt then we pick one option, if we keep the existing welt then pick "no welt" or pick one if you want to change it?
No welt, if you want to use the existing welts. Pick an option if you need new welts or just want to change them. If you aren’t sure, it’s ok. We contact you once they arrive and do a consultation to make sure we get everything the way you want it. Everything can be amended at that time. Thanks! Tony Wyatt
