Great camera work. I love all the close up shots. I mainly watch these videos as they are relaxing. No loud noises, no talking but just industrious people creating great food. I'm always amazed at the hard work the Japanese put into their restaurants. I wish I could get some good katsudon here in California. It makes all the fast food businesses look like they are serving pig slop. Too much fat, salt and sugars whereas Japanese have plenty of vegetables. Not to mention, there seems to be a more communal experience when people eat together. Love it!!! 32:35 That dish looks sooo delicious. 😋😋😋
여기 진짜 내 최애 라면집인데. 저 닭가슴살 수비드가 미쳤습니다. 도저히 닭가슴살이라고 믿겨지지 않는 부드러움임 차슈보다 더 맛있으리라곤 상상도 못함. 육수도 진짜 너무 부드럽고 풍부함 무엇보다 좋은건 면 육수 더 달라하면 그냥 더 주십니다. 적극 강추함 꼭가보셈 난다긴다하는 라멘집 다가봤는데 여기만큼 만족한 집 없었음
I love ramen so much. Remember when I worked at Vancouver downtown robson, there is great ramen place. I visit about 4x a week cos is so good. But must have double portion cos is too small lol like this video LOL. Miss it so much. 😷💕
You can never have enough chilli, and it should preferably be so strong that you can feel the chilli twice once when you eat, and once when the chilli has to come out again 🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶
