Here is Bane in real life! Twin of Bane from the film "Batman Dark Knight Rises" hard workout training. This is a fan made video of "Bane" training his skills and showing different kicks and muscle exercises.
Badass and admirable indeed, but I wonder for how long someone would be able to keep this up. I'm 49 now and with 3 lumbar hernias after a life of heavy training since my fifteens doing all this and more without proper care. I regret not being able to do not even close to it anymore, despite my age. Strengthen your core, people. Watch your back, literally.
Dont let your moral go down Even in face of death, a beast show no fear You can keep up sr. Just not the way you use to, take ronnie coleman by example
@@beardaxe920 thx for your kind words. I'm almost 50 now and check back often to this video to get some motivation. I ended up being able to recover greatly despite my age and restarted boxing muay thay training. Muay Bouk for life!
@@luizbl Wrestling and powerlifting, im 35 now, i still can kick some asses but this is a whole new planet now. Not exactly the world we have in the 90's
@@beardaxe920 I'm 23 now and I've been working out for a year What advice would you give for the youth like me who want to stay natural(No PEDs) and maximize our gains and stamina?
Kinda cool, BBBUUUUUTTTT!!! I really hope you didn't speed this up. Your in good shape and seem to be fast. But you can't really tell with the special effects. This is my 40th year training, I can't tell how fast and strong you really are, and I want to see that!!! And I don't mean to insult you, you've obviously worked very hard to become this good!! Please put out a video with training tips, diet, etc., for younger athletes. Very cool though!!
I used to train similarly like this in the 90s before all of this all ranges craze nowadays with everyone now thinking they're a warrior. I've stopped due to my back injury but this motivates me to get back to it at 44 three months shy of 45. Thank you for making this!
You can tell parts of it were sped up by the camera. But I don't consider that faking or fooling, just directing style/effects because some are slowed down too. That being said, it's obvious he is a fit, well-trained beast with excellent strength, speed, agility and stamina.
@the Dragon Knight he s doing a lot of conditioning though. The purpose is more to really develop an athletic, high performance body+mind. Simulating fight and going for incredible intensity sure has benefits to that end. Of course only fight training prepares you to fight. We are just misled by the movie training montages in film and anime where to prep for a fight you do lots pullups, pushups, situps, jogging, katas, squats, sprints etc...and very little sparring and technique, which should be your daily bread.
Imho he is quite far from professional athlete. He doesn't control balance during striking. He is some kind of a CrossFit guy with some amateur skills in striking and grappling. Also he's about 5'11" or like that. Sure this music and montage makes some atmosphere. But we are initiated, aren't we, Bruce 😉 Trust me, the #200 guy in Heavyweight UFC would leave him no chance 🙏
@@gabzthegreat_You forgot one thing... Street fighting is not a sport. An ordinary guy may not be alone, and he may have a knife, and he will kill you while you show him all your tricks. Athletes and former soldiers are constantly dying in street fights for a reason, it's not a joke.
that wasnt a bane workout banes workout consisted of body, mind, soul he trained where he lived in a cell ..which was some times flooded you might say his training was similar to that of navy seal /marine combined
This use to be me Before i found love in my life Lets not fool ourselves, a beast must have a good amount of hate, lonelyness and pain to reach this level. (That is speaking about the character mr. Jerome piña is selling on this vid)
