I wonder why, considering the home is an older one, no one ever planted any trees for shade in the back yard. Gotta be freakishly hot in the summer. Seems to be a quiet little neighborhood. Didn't hear a bunch of dogs barking non-stop in the background. I live in Missouri, so my observations mean little. Just things I would be thinking if I was viewing this home to buy. A deterrent to me would be how the backs of every one's home faces this homes backyard, and there are no bushes planted for a bit of privacy. For $500/mon. planting trees and bushes wouldn't break the bank account. Just have to wait a few years for the plants to mature. I like the toilet in the laundry room! There's always someone in the family that has to go pee when you're in the middle of a shower! Problem solved! Love the floors. Most of all....LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the attic fan!!! My grandparents had one and those things can really move the air! If you like open windows and fresh air in your house, having an attic fan won't disappoint. If you're not familiar with them, don't turn it on with your windows closed.
He says this much per month but he doesn't talk about the down payment. The end price either I will never go on a mortgage or be in debt ever again it is not a good way to live.
I would love to find someone like yourself to help me buy a house I'm 22 years old and I wanna buy a house like this so bad! It's not expensive at all! I know I cud afford this
I am single it would be great to meet a partner to rehab some properties Victorian gems, I have experience hiring workers for the heavy work and full experience in buying, selling renting, but I am a single man does anyone have any ideas how I can go for it and take action. Too much for a single guy.
I want to move out there I will be retiring soon I like this property and fit my budget Thank you for all your videos I'm really considering to move down South
Why does any of that matter? To answer your second question - people have died on every inch of property/land in history, so it really doesn't matter what you buy - someone has probably died on the land
OK I need to move there!!! That's amazing I'm trying to find a home for around 600 a month and it's not possible here it really sucks think it's about time for a new scenery
I drove 2 hrs (somewhat along the route to view a contracted property) which was completely run down and looked nothing like its posted photos or even maps aerial and ground images. Thank goodness that house I viewed today wasn't the initial house of choice which I'm contracted under. Never trust photos of any house, and always hire a housing inspector before closing on any house...
How are Taxes in Kentucky, as know that is added to house payment? NYS it is super high. Insurance and taxes to be added to prices. So maybe about $1000 total? Or less? This is so perfect for young couple even with a child or two or older couple. They need to do bathroom over and maybe put in a washer and dryer etc. But this is perfect with the nice floors and fenced in yard. What about Vets do they get a no payment down? My husband is a Vet.
+Carol Weaver - you'll love the low costs of living here - why do you think we moved here 20+ yrs ago! :-) Taxes will be approximately 1% of purchase price on a house - anything over 10 acres will be less. Back to houses - this house sold for approximately $75,000 = 750 taxes (less if you are over 62 or 65) = 62.50/mo. Insurance will be 500-700 depending your insurance person - $50/mo. Mortgages right now are about 4% - that puts that house at $358/mo mortgage (with decent credit) 358+50+62.50 for a total of 462.50 / mo. Not exact - but close enough for you to shop around. Speaking of which - go to our homefinder and we'll find you what you're looking for. BluegrassTeam.com/homefinder - call or text Ken 859-494-5521
Wow.. and yes we are over 65. MUCH better really. Thank you. Will share this with my husband. Big step though, and takes lots of thinking. This is helpful.
Brad, not looking to buy yet...but love your narration!! From South Florida, & looking to relocate. I'm loving the Danville area. Hubby used to hunt in the Hopkinsville area. Although, after watching your descriptions of the area, & Super aerial views of the properties depicted. I'm so ready to relocate there! Looking to "Git Outta the Swap " around December. So I'm looking forward to your next posting. Even considering a trailer, after seeing one of your videos. You are doing a great job, Thanks for all the information you include!!! Cheers!
That is beautiful house. How much? The size of acreage? Are you still doing this? Are you doing it are 50 state or just some? I needs a house and good paying jobs areas. How high is the crime?
+faye griffin - we sure do! We actually have a couple Canadian nationals here in town we know well. It is simple. Bring it on! We're a ton warmer in the winter. :-) And we love our neighbors from the north. :-) call or text Ken 859-494-5521

450-500 per month 😱😱😱 how I think my dad said our Mortgage is like 600 a month and our house 2000 sq ft and in a highly developed metropolitan area around Atlanta
wait I'm confused is the rent for the house itself $450-500 a month or is it $750-800? or is that with electricity and water? not to mention what's the down payment?
Heather, it is for sale. Payments would be about 450-500/mo if you get a new mortgage. If you owned it and wanted to rent it out, it should rent for 750/mo no problem. Our mortgage guy is super smart - I would call him and see what he can do for you. To get pre-approved, call David Willoughby - David’s been closing tons of loans for our buyers. He’s a good guy and he knows all the new loan programs out there now. David’s number - 859-977-5933. You owe it to yourself to at least call - it doesn’t cost a thing to check. Talk soon!!!

That's what I was thinking too, especially with the cheap price those are always haunted and an attic with pull down entrance to attic and then the old floors with one little spot what was that spot blood lol sorry but I watch all the haunted house shows on the bio channel or that other channel they always play those shows on, could of just didn't want to use the bathroom in the hallway lol
Zillow.com is a real estate listing site that is easy to personalize to your specific real estate desires. It will often list payments based on a 30 year loan but does not roll in property taxes and other fees. Depending on your loan type you may or not need a down payment. Interest rates are good right now. Homes and rates will be on the rise as the market is going well. Now is a good time to buy. Take time to get to know your realtor and all the things that figure into a good purchase in an area that suits you. USDA site has a section that will take your job history and credit information and can prequalify you or set you on the path to take to get qualified. This stuff is easy and they all make it easier. Go own your piece of America. good luck and God bless
+Walter McCue - I agree with everything you said - get to know your local Realtor and all --- just remember, Zillow's Zestimate is wrong nearly 100% of the time. Even the CEO of Zillow admits to that.
+Rimsha Ansar - this one is sold - and we have others just like it. call or text Ken 859-494-5521 and we'll send you an email with 6-10 others in nice areas nearby - same price range.
Hi M Raju, Our mortgage guy is sharp - I would call him and see what he can do for you. To get pre-approved, call Sam Gray - Sam’s been closing tons of loans for our buyers.
