I know the answer is likely "No', but i wonder if there is any way the evidence of how she treated her attorneys could be used by the prosecution to show the jury what type of vindictive and hateful person she is? Again, im sure it would be considered unfairly prejudicial, but it would be nice if they could use it.
I wonder if they are able to bring her verbal abuse towards anyone who disagrees , says NO, or sets healthy boundaries with her into trial. It should show a pattern of her behavior and how she treats others who go against her.

You know the judge thought long and hard about this, not just because it's an unusual ruling and subject to review, but also because it means he'll now have to listen to every motion, objection, and comment she can come up with throughout the trial. No wonder he gave her every chance.

The trial is going to be an absolute circus from start to finish, with Sarah trying to obstruct every step of the way. I pity the jurors and anyone who has to be in that courtroom while she tries to tell the judge how everything should work, according to her.

I didn't live here during Casey Anthony, but I understand they chose jurors from here and sequestered them in Orlando. That would've been a dream come true!!! I love watching trials and I would've been FORCED to leave my work and husband (lol) to stay in a hotel? All meals provided! Casey Anthony at that! It would've been amazing. @@LazySusan. I totally get it. After watching TLYK through the Karen Read trial I get why the jurors in the CA trial acquitted her, even though I was so mad that they couldn’t convict her. But there was too much reasonable doubt between her and her parents. But to be honest I don’t think she is really free to live her life.

I don't know what kind of defense she has been pushing on these lawyers that they keep refusing to use but I do know that this trial is going to be an absolute circus! I think what really did it was the last hearing in court, followed by the ridiculous 58-page letter. Sarah was unable to back up her claims of constitutional rights violations or cite any examples of Ms Cashman being dishonest with her. It boiled down to her attorney wasn't "nice to her." The letter was nothing more than nonspecific, nonsensical mud slinging. Much the same as her previous letters only this time she seemed more emboldened, more condescending & more contentious. Sarah was aware that representing herself was on the table because she mentioned in her letter that is was not an option, according to her. Sarah has been successful in the past playing fast & loose with the facts up until now. Unfortunately for her, she went to the well one too many times.

As a taxpayer, I pay for the system Boone is abusing. I find the judge's patience with Boone to have been admirable. Whatever her mental dysfunction is, we can't continue kowtowing to it at our expense.

The judge is 100% correct in putting her BS to an end once and for all. She’s really shot herself in the foot, her only chance whatsoever would be getting the jury to feel sympathy towards her. With her acting as counsel, she’ll be overexposed to the jury and no doubt they’ll quickly see through and come to despise her.
Now Sara can say she accomplished something in prison . She excels at everything and according to her interrogation “she always knows what to do and how to do it “. Sara reciting laws and the constitution to the judge and then getting the law slapped back on her face was epic!!

Imagine the horror his children, parents, siblings, friends etc must endure for the rest of their lives constantly considering the torment their loved one went through the last minutes of his life No amount of counseling would help a person not to think about this man’s torturous death He was pleading for her help A normal person would not allow this to happen to a vicious animal !!!!! Not just the right call, but he did the meticulous work to ensure her appeal will fail once her guilty verdict comes in. He took the time and went step by step to give her every chance. She is done.
I’m guessing she is telling her counsel that she WILL testify and that she will be lying about something she plans to testify about. Saying “non viable legal strategies” and “ethical concerns” seems like a nice way of saying the client is planning on lying on the stand.

Sarah even admitted to walking out on Cashman even before Caahman told that to the Judge. I believe Sarah even hung up the phone on Cashman. And that was after having the nerve to call COLLECT! Which Cashman did NOT have to accept, and will NOT be reimbursed for.
Boone made the court a laughing stock with her delays. They kept bowing to her demands and now here we are 4 years later with no progress but a lot of tax payer dollars spent. She has abused the system. Let her represent herself this will be SO FUN TO WATCH!

Yes she had her ex husband at her beck and call so she got him to come over with the intention of either making him help her move the body, or I suspect and he did too of pinning the murder on him, cos I think on the police video he says he got a bad vibe so he didn't go in and he's the one who called the police.

When i heard the news I did think the judge couldve been more clear last time that "this is it, no more" i dont think she wants to be her own lawyer, but for that she would have to admit her own faults. Shes really just standing in her own way. I can see her defiantly throwing a fit or just sitting there doing nothing like a silent treatmemt. I dont even want to imagine what crosses would be like. As much as Id enjoy seeing lawyers cover it i dont think i can watch that trainwreck.
Its kinda sad for her loved ones knowing she'd be much better off getting a court appointed defense attorney than all her motions and attempts to keep holding this trial from happening. Instead of focusing on her manipulation of the system or delaying tactics, I think my focus on the fact that she is set on a defense that at least 4 lawyers have found unethical. I think this is not going to change with ANY lawyer appointed to her, or even private ones. Sarah is going to have to represent herself... this is going to be a circus.

I do think she reached the point of forfeiture. I agree with you, Peter, that the judge maybe could’ve been clearer that this attorney was her last shot, but I do think he’s covered his bases and is justified.
She was told numerous times this year that she will end up representing herslef and how dangerous that is NUMEROUS TIMES and she responded bh saying she didnt want to rep herself but her new lawyer wont obey her lolol

I wish this judge would have taken just a few extra minutes in that last hearing to plainly state that it's Cashman or nothing, and then ask SB "yes or no" if she understood, just so the record is doubly crystal clear on that point.
He’s a brand new judge. Which is great because she can’t say that ONE judge was picking on her. No the last judge dealt with her first 7 lawyers and all her nonsense, this judge reviewed it all and said “yeah we aren’t doing this, GIRL BYE”. So she has less to work with now. It was so smart for them to change judges and to give Sarah a lawyer who was different than the rest (female, went above and beyond). The courts can honestly say they tried EVERYTHING.
Based on what I have learned about Sarah Boone's character, her letters to the court, as well as her conduct in court and the unfiltered statements she has made to the judge, these are my personal conclusions aa a layperson: No matter how unethical, illegal, abusive, manipulative, hostile, or prejudicial Boone's conduct or requests have been, Sarah Boone wants -- and, in fact, expects -- her lawyer to obey her wishes, even if they are contrary to the law or ultimately detrimental to her defense. It is not that she has not had the legal help that she required, or to which she was entitled by law. Boone didn't like what her lawyer had to say, and, therefore, was unwilling to accept her lawyer's advice, consequences be damned.
She left the system no option. I understood that she was told Cashman was her last chance of public defender. She has proved that she cannot work with the appointed attorneys, there was no point in appointing another one. Right from her first police interview, she wanted everyone to know how clever she is. Her inability to work with counsel did not surprise me at all.
I'll bet she unknowingly made it clear to the judge in her 58-page letter that he had no better option than to make his call. 100%, Your Honor. Let's hope it sticks!!
Absolutely the right call, it should have happened long ago. When she was interrogated she repeatedly stated, “It was not intentional!” She expected to go home… open your eyes Sarah Boone you’re in for a really big boom!
For sure the judge did the right thing. Enough is enough! Finally! He had every right to force this only option. She wouldn’t have stopped requesting another attorney. No one would have made her happy! It’s called stalling and manipulation/ controlling. Now she can’t blame everyone else.

As someone below pointed out, in her last letter Sarah wrote: "And "representing myself" is NOT an option as both Judges have now threatened me with from being outspoken and intelligent in all my observations of the ongoing abuse. I am and have experienced. I have no new experiences from it always being the same, "BLAME BOONE!" I refuse to be moved in wanting respect, no matter what everyone "thinks." I am, clarity, inclusion, honesty, and professionalism." Turns out it IS an option, and in her own words she acknowledges being forewarned.
I'm pretty sure she'll try to gain the jury's sympathy by presenting herself as just a poor battered woman who snapped, but her ex husband and the police reports will point out she also gets violent when drunk.
