All yall who are surprised about how lacrosse required this or said he should be playing something else, maybe you won't underestimate the game anymore. It's hard work and it takes heart, it's not a passtime for spoiled rich white kids, it's a game that requires and strengthens your body and soul.

Good base run through. I am starting this workout with my son next week to get him ready for Club lax. Great workout for a pre-teen.

I own my own performance training facility. watching this im definitely impressed. always good to see different styles but also sticking to the basics cause they work. Good stuff. and yeah Rabil is a beast but honestly the lacrosse kids i train are probably the best athletes we have minus a few football players.

dummy is breaking down the ball. leather med balls aren't meant to be slammed. that's wht rubber ones are for.

Yeah, but the point is that it doesnt bounce so you have to throw it harder. Im sure they have no issues with replacing a ball broken by a professional athlete...
