Hey all! I was hoping to have the Tesla Coil video done first, but quarantine changes plans. Thankfully I had this mostly recorded before quarantine. It's not perfect, but nothing is. New: I set up a Discord server for live chats and a Patreon for crowd funding. Check them out :) www.patreon.com/user?u=15971952 discord.gg/kUhsU4p P.S. Sorry about the low hum in the video; Couldn't be helped
May not be perfect but it was flawless in its imperfection. Got some sincere laughter out of me and in my opinion this is internet GOLD! Looking forward to you making it big brother. Will be watching. ⚙💡🧲🔬🧫
Will you be able to retrieve your Tesla Coil if the quarantine is extended to the end of the year? I could certainly mail it to you next year, but thats a long time to wait.
I’m not sure. I couldn’t ask anybody to mail something of that size and weight. Worst case, the lab can hold onto it until the fall, that is if I don’t get it before then...
Hey please upload the UV light again.. stupid fucked up youtube removed it for no reason so the mail link didn't work to click on. like use vimeo or dtube (dube is better since it will be stored forever on p2p drives and not possible to remove it)
Haha I loved the Cameo! Thanks Dayton. Also, great video....and punching away the shadow legends.....that was good my man. That was good. I feel the exact same way. I had no idea there were mini engines like this. Absolutely crazy.
Nothing happened to it. I work on three or four videos at a time (whichever I'm in the mood for at the time). Videos are usually a three month process from start to finish.
I wish you showed us one of those small engines running, the noise they produce etc. For someone who already knows how a rotary engine works (like I do), this video is not so interesting, but I appreciate the effort.
Akshually! This was recorded before quarantine but the Tesla Coil video was supposed to be up next (hadn't even started editing this yet). Trust me, the quarantine is only a delay, not a catalyst.
Hi Dayton, it's impressive how small that engine is. It is a pity that it is difficult to self-build: it could really be an idea to solve the availability of energy in mobile situations, but there would be the problem of discharges: a laptop with a catalytic converter would be comical! hi and stay sane you and your family!
Dear mr.blue print : I am very sorry that you tube has removed your video about UV. I am supporting you 😘. I have never been able to support you financially yet. Please don't got disappointed. We understand , I understand how does it feel. Please take care 🙏 ❤️ I am waiting for your amazing videos. Always.
Yo, could you explain why Nikola Tesla believed in aether despite the Michelson Morely experiment? And why did he insist EM waves are longitudinal and not transversal?
So you're saying that the laws of physics do not prohibit diesel generator with good efficiency the size power bank, only it's expensive...(or a vibrator, kek)
Hi 😊You should know, my dear, that this invention is not western, but it is a Moroccan invention, invented by a Moroccan mechanical engineer named Abdullah Chakroun. Beginning of the beginning of a research here, God bless you😎
If the power output is actually right, and they start mass producing these, tesla is gonna look really weird when they have to swap over to these "batteries".
High end cars and shows an rx8.. lol shoulda shown the rx7 so you'd be telling the truth. This was the best animation of a rotary engine every. I never understood how the seals were kept. Now I see. The oval cylinder isn't over, it's a... what was the name of the figure 8 shape?
Yeah it took me a long time to figure that out myself! The long answer is... I recently got a power brick for my camera so I don't have to deal with batteries all the time. No big deal. Except it allows some 60Hz component through and (somehow) into my powered shotgun microphone. Normally, I would grumble and redo the audio. Nope! Quarantine time! Now I'm stuck. I notice it right away during editing and apply a high-pass filter. Now my voice sounds like it coming to you over a loudspeaker. No good. So I drop the base by a paltry 6dB and add music to disguise the problem. Better make that music just a little bit louder than usual. It's not perfect, but if people don't use headphones, it should be fine. Publish video. "Hey, what's up with that hum tho?" ... Mission Failed.
@@BlueprintScience Not a fail, just giving you a hard time. ;) Happens to the best of us. You might try using a 60Hz notch filter instead of a pass filter. You might get better results without affecting the rest of the audio.
@@BlueprintScience You could use addons that take a sample of the hum and then filters it through the whole audio file. If i remember audacity has a tool like that.
Were my GCI models not enough? LOL You can only see them under scanning electron microscopes - and those doesn't operate in real time (especially in the late 90's)
