Physical activity is the number "ONE" thing that makes us happy or sad. It is so obvious. We have a physical body for a reason. Use it or lose it. 🤷‍♂️ Kids in third world countries like the ones in Morocco that you witnessed as being some of the happiest people you'd ever meet, are extremely physically active. They are outdoors all day playing around with friends. That is the reason for them being happy natured. Some people say: "I don't want to go out because I am depressed." The truth is they are depressed because they do not go outdoors.
