Gute Motoren baut man nach dem Newman Prinzip mit hoher Spannung und kleinen Strömen. So halten die Batterien wesentlich länger ! Man schaltet alle Batterien in Serie und lässt nur einen kleinen Strom fliessen und haut die BackEMF immer wieder voll auf die Batterien zurück, wenn der Kommutator umschaltet. Damit kann man 50 bis 90 % der eingesetzten Batterie-Energie wieder zurückgewinnen und die Batterien entladen sich so sehr viel langsamer, so dass die Reichweite der Elektro-Fahrzeuge erhöht wird...Höhe Strome bei kleinen Spannungen zerstören nur die Batterien sehr schnell...das bringt nichts....

Oh, how I wished I had you onboard on my project. It is going to be a cargo bike + a stroller and I hope to be able to put in an electrical motor as well for the really bad knee days or steep hills. I intend to walk/bike from Sweden to Gibraltar.

don't your knees get tangled in the handlebar though? They seem to come up quite high.

That motor needs the amps bumped up bad. :)

You need a helmet.

Very nice. But get rid of the pedals. They are complex and uncivilized. Simplify the design. And don't use youtube image stabilizer.
