It was great to hang with you at the G2E Convention in Las Vegas, Jeremy. It was funny also to keep randomly bumping into you at various casinos along the Vegas Strip! Best wishes to you and Ma Kittle. See you next time!🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
Wow what an episode, a Dirty Harry movie, video poker and a cliff hanger all in one. The near misses on the royal reminded me of the night a friend of mine and I stopped counting at 26 near missed royals I had in one session (not a lucky punk that night). We still joke about that night every time we get a near miss when we play together. Thank you for sharing your video's.
Thank you, Jeff. Wow! What a great story and “film review” of my video. ”Go ahead, Make My Day!”🤣 I appreciate the details of your adventure with the near-miss Royals. I have a few of those myself!😂🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
Nice cliffhanger, John This weekend, I hit 4 four-of-a-kind within 40mins on $5 8/5 Double Double Bonus Poker. Paid $1250ea. Ended with $2400. $2 coin got me 3 four-of-a-kind on 7/5 Double Bonus Poker. No Royals, but lots of fun.
New subscriber here; you completely nailed the screamer!😄 We live in Vegas and this is a regular occurrence. 🙄 Good luck to you; I like your action!😁🍀🍀🍀
Had to add this as I hit a single line Royal today holding 2 to the Royal odds ? 1 in 16, 215 Other interesting single line odds Odds of been dealt 4 to the Royal - 1 in 2777 hands Odds of converting 4 to the Royal 1 in 47 Odds of being dealt 3 to the Royal and converting are 1 in 1081 hands ! I play a lot of multi line which greatly increases the odds obviously but single line is so tough / rare ! John , you are a pro ! Getting a few of these a year is an awesome accomplishment!
What a fun video!!! Can't wait to see what happens next, you make BP so exciting! Love the reference to Clint Eastwood in Dirty Harry and the sound effects.
Greetings from Torrance! You picked one of my favorite movies ever with the most iconic question. Do you feel lucky, punk? I have fired a .44 magnum before. Not pleasant to shoot, less pleasant to be hit by it. (I know, because I got hit by a ricochet at the range) The bank robber in the beginning of the movie choose wisely! Enough trivia, what an exciting video! You keep getting my heart rate going while I'm also holding my breath! No matter how this session ends, I know it is going to be exciting! Thanks again John!
Hi Paul, Thanks for your viewership and comments. Thank goodness that ricochet “missed”! You can see how far you can go down in the bankroll and still “do battle” with the $10 coin denomination and still survive. The best is yet to come!😉🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
@@johnsworldofvideopoker I actually got hit by the bullet in the leg. Fortunately, when a bullet hits something like steel plate, 90 percent of its energy is dissipated. I got hit by the 10 percent. Its about as fast as Nolan Ryan throwing a pitch at your leg. A little blood, a little bruise.....a lot of cursing! Can't wait for the next video! Thanks again sir!
John Enjoy your video's very much. You obviously put in alot of work on these! Question , from a choreography standpoint. Are you doing your orating while playing, or voiceover post filming. I think doing the post filming, if that is what you are doing, is best, as you can add alot more editorial, education, etc as you do, but only curious. Also, are these blogs from one or two sessions, or multiple trips to the casino and from what timeframe? Only asking from the standpoint of viewing perspective. I know it takes alot of time to put these together. Very much enjoy how you work your " bankroll", strategy of moving up/down on the denom, etc.... I Appreciate all of your effort to make your video's so professional!
Thank you, Tim. Yes, the casino is an “uncontrolled” environment from a filming standpoint. And cinematically speaking, since I don’t have a sound stage where I can control all the background elements (such as a loud Sports Book, people’s conversations, copyrighted music playing over the casino sound system, people screaming, or cursing etc.) I find it easier to remain quite and supply the commentary afterwards. In the future, as my technical skills increase, I’ll be able to filter out any overwhelming & distracting background noises for a seamless viewing experience. On one of my prior videos, I spent approximately 15 hours on just an one “15 second sound clip” to get the soundtrack to where I wanted it. It was a sound editing miracle to have I pulled it off and I learned a lot about filmmaking in the process. Thank you for your comments and loyal viewership.🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
Thanks John I think personally what you are currently doing is great … allows for some review specific context of what you are doing , thinking etc and your subsequent commentary …. It’s great It’s clear you put in a lot of time , effort and pride in putting these videos out ! We just bought a second home in Rancho Mirage versus Florida to be closer to our son who is in Sandiego My wife and I want to get to your casino / Pechanga ! Looks Beautiful! Appreciate your great work / enjoy your play !
Nice swing there John! I hope it works out. 🤞 Had a fight of my own last night. Was down over $500 and made a comeback to end up $20! Moved off a dead machine to a hot one for the win!
Thank you. This segment was a bit of a tough one. But looking back on it, I actually learned a few things to help modify my future performance on the games. I like video poker in that there's constant feedback to the player in terms of "wins & losses".😁🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
I don't even check out screamers anymore. It's usually laughable. Good play, John. I know with your luck you'll have no problem getting that royal by Christmas! Thank you for the video! 😎
I ron’t check out the screamers anymore either, Jim (because there is really nothing to see). Now, a $400,000-$1,000,000 Jackpot, that is something I would like to see! Of course, I would love a Big hit before year end. But next year for sure, since now I am building-up momentum.😎🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
Oh, I'm happy for them too. They're out to have a good time and blow off a little steam like everybody else, so it's all good. But sometimes they get a little too carried away with it. Especially, if they "without warning" suddenly & unexpectedly belt out a bone-chilling scream at the very top of their lungs and they're right next to you. That part I could do without!😁🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
Oh it’s coming! I just got back from the Global Gaming Expo Convention (G2E) in Las Vegas with all the guys. A video covering that is next, and then, we continue on!😁🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
Yes, indeed. It was crazy-fun with BigKats howling in the background throughout. I kept randomly bumping into him all over the Strip at different casinos afterwards as well.😝🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
Yes, I need to be aware of that and pace myself. I was practicing on a simulator today in fact specifically to address that issue so that I can concentrate more on selecting the right cards. Playing too fast gives the House an additional edge over the player. Thanks, Jim.🙌🏻🙌🏻🌎
can i see your gambling log? your win/loss won't show true for some reason my casino doesnt show free play reburstments and i do play on wifey card so that helps immensly so show me urs and i'll show u mine
I use an app that tracks my wins & losses for tax purposes. I also use the win/loss statements supplied by individual casinos at year end when I file my taxes.
