1/2 cup (113 g/4 oz) unsalted butter, softened
2 Tbsp sour cream
Red food coloring

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
1 cup (125 g) powdered sugar (add more to your liking)
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups (460 g) heavy cream
pinch of salt
