0:27 Look at how Henry smiles as he moves closer to Alex. 1:20 Also the way Henry's head is a bit skewed, down toward Alex's side. He's eager to hear Alex's response about him. Henry definitely has a crush on Alex. Nice subtle act by Nicholas Galitzine
Well, what can I say… Henry wasn’t lying during this interview… 🤭 Alex’s willingness to admit when he’s wrong… That night in Paris… When Alex said “I can’t believe how wrong I was about you“… ❤️🤍💙
@@Jalil-wx7rh Henry wrote “I thought, this is the most incredible thing I have ever seen, and I had better keep it a safe distance away from me. I thought, if someone like that ever loved me, it would set me on fire". These words entered my head and resonate within me daily. ❤🤍💙
@@silviamonte1210 I actually watched the movie first. Then immediately read the book. After reading the book, I was a bit annoyed at the movie cuz there was so much emotion in that book they could've put in the movie. Especially some of those emails.
@@Jalil-wx7rh I read the book first, then I watched the film. By the way, when I read the book, the film had already been produced and so as I read I associated names and faces (where possible) and it was wonderful. The part of the book that I loved the most were the emails, but obviously including them all in the film would have been impossible. I loved how they incorporated parts of the emails into the dialogue of the film (and the deleted scene). Watching the film with the awareness of the profound relationship that unites them and how their bond transformed and grew little by little until it became that pure and invincible love was very pleasant. I would almost compare it to reading a fanfiction (but in an extremely positive sense): you know the characters, you know the past, the present and you imagine the future; you know it's a small part, but you manage to connect the pieces. Watching the film it seems that between the polo match and the first night together love explodes out of nowhere; in reality, there was a great uproar behind it. I can imagine, however, that by doing the opposite, that is, seeing the film first and then reading the book, there is a sense of impoverishment and "trivialization". However, I am extremely happy and grateful with how they made the film - aware of the relationship between the two protagonists.
0:06 Henry gets makeup, but not Alex 0:53 Alex: Yep 1:50 Henry: You do an incredible Barbra Streisand. 1:58 The Interviewers: Now I have to ask this/It is because all anyone is talking about/How on Earth, did you end up on the floor/In Buckingham Palace/Covered in Cake? 2:16 Alex: Vicky... Classic. 2:22 Henry: Hmm... Best unexpected conversation responses and how Alex and Henry picked on each other. 🤣😂
Ever notice how Shaan treats Alex like crap? There is no way he's ignorant of Alex being the First Son, more than likely that Henry - and possibly Zahra - put him up to it just out of spite. Also, note how Henry smiles each time he gets closer to Alex. He plays the long game, haha.
