Okay i really want to reduce my hips because they are huge and my upper body is skinny and it makes me feel insecure and i want to loose weight because i want to stay fit and i feel all my weight is in my lower body so I'm going to do this with some lower body exercises I'm really excited for this one Measurement: 38 inches . . . I got result after doing this.... I started on june 10 and my hip size was 37.5 now it reduced in to 34.5... Honestly i didn't take any diet and yes it worked....

I completed 3 days challenge and I can see changes in my hips and I did abs challenge as well and face challenge all works ❤ I am glad to see the results fast and yes I was on diet to and I will be continuing this exercise till I reach my goal. My actual weight is 104 kgs I reduced 2 kgs till now.

Guys workout person to person vary krta h ..koi 3 days k andr 2 inch lose krta h to kisko kuch difference nhi dikhata.....but we should always follow a good diet as welll .....nd workout krte rhna chaiye .... Hmare body ko useful hone me time lgta h ...so do workout daily ...nd never give up ....3 din me nhi to koi nhi 3 week shi ...but kro ..khudke liye ...to build stamina ...nd to have a healthy life

Measured my hips today at 43in, just did the exercises and I’ll try to continue doing them daily and then see where I’m at. I’m 14 and I eat super unhealthy so nothing against this tutorial if it doesn’t work

Omg... I m amazingly surprised and happy too to tell u that i tried these exercises for continuous 3 days... On first day my hips measured 42'...but on 3rd day it became 40.5...as iu said.... Thank u somuch... I will cobtinue these exercises till i reach d satisfactory result.... 🙏🙏

Okay ! After seeing good results of everyone in the comment section I am also gonna try this for 3 days so let start 🙌 plz pray for me ✨ I am hoping for the best 🥺 👉 Starting thighs:52 cm 👉 Starting hip size:91 cm 👉 Ideal thigh:48 cm 👉 Ideal hip size:86 cm Day 01:✅👍 18 February 2023 ~so it was not difficult at all I did it really easily and actually I felt the felt the burn in my hips so I think it is gonna work I really have high hopes from this let's pray for the best ✨🤍 update no. 2 for day 1 ~it was easy so I repeated the whole workout again which means I did it 2 times a day it was difficult than before~ Day 02:✅👍 19 February 2023 ~guys I actually did twice and I don't know why it is becoming difficult day by day,felt like burning those hips fat and still hoping for the best~ Day 03:✅👍 20 February 2023 ~i was really tried so I only did it for once and I was sweating actually can't wait for the results "may Allah grant me the best" I will update tomorrow,I just can't wait 😸 ~ Results: After just three days 👉 thighs:50 cm 👉 Hips:89/90 cm (I am confused tho)
