Okay i really want to reduce my hips because they are huge and my upper body is skinny and it makes me feel insecure and i want to loose weight because i want to stay fit and i feel all my weight is in my lower body so I'm going to do this with some lower body exercises I'm really excited for this one Measurement: 38 inches . . . I got result after doing this.... I started on june 10 and my hip size was 37.5 now it reduced in to 34.5... Honestly i didn't take any diet and yes it worked....

I completed 3 days challenge and I can see changes in my hips and I did abs challenge as well and face challenge all works ❤ I am glad to see the results fast and yes I was on diet to and I will be continuing this exercise till I reach my goal. My actual weight is 104 kgs I reduced 2 kgs till now.

Measured my hips today at 43in, just did the exercises and I’ll try to continue doing them daily and then see where I’m at. I’m 14 and I eat super unhealthy so nothing against this tutorial if it doesn’t work
I am doing all these exercises with 25×25×25×25 sets of all from 15 days but I haven't lose even one inch but I am able to see the difference in shape of my thighs
