My wait is101kg after second delivery... I started this yoga from July 1st... Morning and evening fifteen counts... 5000 steps in morning and 5000steps in evening.. And followed diet also... Surprised friend... Now I am 84kg... Sorry friend I have no time to take video.. Thank you friend... I will achieve my dream of 60 kg.... Thank you once again for your guidance...
