Church makes me cry. My mother always said it replenishes my soul. I excepted Jesus in my heart as a very young girl. Today I still have the cross we made in Sunday school with his name on the cross. Forever embedded in my heart ❤️ 🙏
This reminds me.... *memories* For as long as I can remember, my old BFF's Mom used to have the ENTIRE "Snowy Village" set, and every single Christmas she would display it, and it was BEAUTIFUL! When she got "Nikki's Cocoa Shop" I was sooooo excited!!🥰🥰🥰 I always wanted that particular piece, and I would always joke with her that she'd come home one day and find that piece missing.🤣🤣❤️ I would NEVER do such a thing and she knew that.😇 Because Lord I cannot stand a dang thief!!
Good Morning Kim and Levi. I know exactly what you mean about going to church. You just feel cleansed or energized, I can't really explain it. All I know is when I'd leave church my day seemed brighter and I was in a great mood. I'd also reflect on the sermon or the day. I just can't get over how amazing and magical your decorations are. You have a whole working town and it's absolutely gorgeous. Your display is better than the ones in the shops!!
I feel the same way, I missed two sundays this month while going through a rough time, but this Sunday I made and I just felt rejuvenated and my spirits were lifted. Have a Blessed Day and Happy Holidays.

Cream cheese is good with jelly too. A patient in a nursing home showed me that. I just so love your village. My parents, aunts made a craft I think u would love. Used twigs, bark, mushrooms, and moss from outside. Use twigs or popsicle sticks to make the buildings. Go to a craft store to get animals like deer, bunnies and squirrels. Put all this on a picture frame they built to make a scenery. They were beautiful. I made one for my daughter as a wedding gift. Heartbreakingly she did not care for it must be because never hung it up. I found it in the basement. Just thought it would be an all season craft project or gift for someone. Of course dad and Lester's would have to have cows lol. Yours goats & chickens. Wish I had a pic to show you but been so many years do not even know where they are. I am sure your granddaughter Alora would love doing it with you. Much love.
I love the stories you have in your imagination about the village. When I had my kitchen redone, I went with drawers instead of open base cabinets. All my dishes and glasses are in drawers by the dishwasher and all the pots, pans and lids are in drawers by the stove. I’ve got 19 drawers all in all and and only a few top cabinets. Your meal looks delicious. I’ll have to try it.
Have never seen the garlic parmesan but bet it's good. Love sweet baby Ray's though. Don't want y'all sick either, especially with Covid. It's a scary thing. Cream cheese and ham, yum. Love the village additions. I am for sure going to have to try this.

All those noodles once added would have been too much for the size of the ninja. And as I said in the video, the ninja cleans up in like a second. no scrubbing just a little bit of soap, wash it down and it was done
Those plastic liners for the crockpots are awesome. I was a little skepti al at first but i only use my crockpot when i have them. I just store the box of liners right in the crock pot. When i have just one liner left i add a box to my shopping list! Your meal looked so yummy. I will have to search for paw paws video!
Kim I know what you mean. I go to a tiny country Church, called Fellowship Bible Church. Members about 28 strong on a good day. I love my church and I am 64 and one of the youngest there. No children except for the occasional grandkids that may come. But every year all my kids, and grandsons all come for the Christmas candle lighting. It feels my heart. This year Christmas is on Sunday I won't be going. Every Christmas we have breakfast with all of us, which I love, but I hate missing church. I love my little country Church and all the people in it. I noticed your tupperwear salt and pepper shakers. I have my moms that she got back in 1972. I also have a blue canister set my sister got the same year. I even found a miniture set of the shakers. I just love tupperwear!
That looks delicious Kim!! I’ll have to try it for sure! I love ham and cream cheese too. I buy cooked ham and then spread the cream cheese on it and then I put a green onion stalk length wise and roll it up. Then I cut and it looks like little pinwheels🥰 Makes a great appetizer!
Church is good. I haven't been able to go for months because of my broken leg. Even though I can drive,it is difficult for me to stand without arm rests. We have armless chairs. We do live stream all services,so I've heard singing and preaching. I've missed the fellowship. I was able to go last Sunday. I did have to have a tiny bit of help to stand, but it was wonderful to be there.
I think the feed store being a smaller scale worked out to be a great happy accident. It really adds some extra character to the town like it's a quaint store sitting up on a hill. Your whole village set-up is just beautifully put together. Really magical! ❤️

I've made it in my slow cooker with a liner for easy clean up. It was delicious so easy. I made about half the amount you did so I had room to cook the pasta in the crockpot with the chicken... even easier. And I'm all about fewer pans to wash too. Yours looked perfect. I know they all loved it. Take care and stay warm Kim. The artic front just his us here in SE Nebraska. Winds are at 50 mph and higher. And temps are negative already. Windchill by morning is suppose to be between -35 and -40. Praying your heat stays on and running. Love ya'll ❤️

I like your village, I have a collection of 55 houses that my husband and \i collected over the year but had to move and now havent been able to figure out how to display them in my new place. and I do miss having the on display at xmas time I have also trees and people and animals and so on as well

I can almost smell how awesome your kitchen must smell. I love to put a little Italian dressing on my hot noodles before I mix it with my sauce. The noodles soak up it’s goodness and it gives the dish another layer of flavor. Blessings!
Good morning Kim, that dish look delicious! My husband does not like parmesan so I can't make it when he is home. I want to tell you though, you can use your hand mixer to mix all that together and it shreds your chicken at the same time. Give that a try some time.♥️
