Shed Regular Chris brought in his 1952 Triumph Bobber with Thunderbird frame to show us what he had created. Chris wanted to bike to be as reliable as a modern bike, but have the aesthetic and feeling of a true classic. The Bobber turns heads where ever he goes, but this bike still gets ridden properly, Chris even rode it all the way from Poole to London just to film this video.

Ive never been into chopper style bikes but the bobber style is something else, looks so simple, clean and elegant while looking like it would handle really well😊

From the front drum to the round oil tank to the quiet megaphones, this thing is perfect. This is the best custom classic Triumph I've seen, ever. Nice job, bet it ain't for sale!

VERY NEAT!!! That's the first Pre-Unit I've seen with a Oil In Frame front end I have ever seen that "works" visually. It also looks as though part of the frame "straightening" process must have included a bit of stretch on the tail's lower rails, as I see the backbone and upper tail's angles match. I've don the same with my '53...

A lot of changed bits but it's a pre-unit and that is what matters most for a bobber. Way too many aren't but whatever. Brilliant.

This is what bikes are about unlike the modern machines we have today , even though I'm not saying that modern machines they are brilliant, but older machines have something special when they've been brought up to date for the modern world 🌎 lovely machine what's not to like , sounds great 👍
