Today you will learn how rebounding for weight loss and your rebounder go hand in hand, and especially on a leaps and rebounds® rebounder. The model used in this video is leaps and rebounds® Classic model / 48 inch.
First, after a foundational warm-up routine, Angie will take you through a complete rebounding yoga stretch with a huge focus on technique.
Second, you'll learn how to keep your workouts safe at all times. Angie ensures you're aware of all the essential safety precautions you should take.
Finally, the session ends with a cool-down and some light stretching.

Just did this after a tough workout. The music was so lovely, the moves opened me up and relaxed me, and having the clock to tell me where I’m at was so helpful. Thank you for all that you do!

Coming to the rebounder in my 6th decade, after being an avid yogini since my teens, I appreciate some new ideas for how to combine the two.

Thanks Angie. I don’t use my rebounder much (have one and a bosu ball for exercise variety/options but neither have really caught on with me for regular exercise use) but I do lots of yoga and this looks wonderful. Going to try soon. 🥰🏃🏼‍♀️💕🇨🇦🥰
