The actual name of this cocktail from the 1920s is "Et Moi, Je Te Dis... Maud" 45ml Armanac 12.5ml Izarra Jaune 12.5ml maraschino liqueur 1 dash bitters
I've never tasted Armagnac but do have the other ingredients, and am kinda 'jazzed up' to make this. That's a 1917 phrase so very fitting for this cocktail. I've only tried three Maraschino liqueurs. Lazzaroni, Luxardo, & my fav of the three & the one you used Maraska. Looking forward to making this so thanks for the recipe.
Wow, this had me running to make it, and I was not disappointed! Immediately placed into my favorite circle of twice-improved (brandy) cocktails. Classy and saucy, perhaps like Maud!
