Thanks for the reply. Please refer 'Processor upgrade information' and 'Memory upgrade information' under the specification page to know about supported processor and memory: splr.io/6052cmtR4 HP has their motherboards made to their specifications. Therefore, it is difficult to know which motherboards would be compatible with your computer. In AIO's it is very difficult to upgrade motherboard. I hope that the information provided is useful to you. Regards, HP Support

Hi Barbara, thanks for contacting HP Global Social Media Support! I understand that you need to know about replacing the graphics card of your computer. I will do my best to assist you. Solution one-download (spec) It'll tell you your motherboard name, google it to check if it has a graphics card slot that is welded in place or is one that can be changed. If yes then go onto hp.care/44NL4te it should help to tell you what graphics card you're best upgrading to or if you know your stuff then get whichever you like. Solution two - if your card is soldered into place then just buy a new one. Remember if you're going to open up your computer chances are your warranty will be void. Binu-HP Social Media Tech Support
