All Microwaves are similar inside . This is a Panasonic Inverter NN-ST659W Microwave Oven repair.
The device keeps on cutting out as if the door is opened during the power cycle. The door switches were correctly adjusted but it turned out one was faulty.

Where do I take the course at? The one you took to learn about fixing microwaves. Is it online?

I did an in classroom TAFE course for microwaves (35 years ago) as part of my trade qualifications. They have not changed much since then.

try the click bait video tile once as see how it performs: "How to make 250 dollars in 1 hour?" well done! I often attempt to repair stuff, and damage the item irrecoverably in the process, to my loss. but hey that's how we learn stuff. I have never repaired a bicycle, but I will attempt it in one of my future videos, even IF it was cheaper to send it to the bicycle repair shop. just for fun...

I potentially have a click bait title coming up. "I just made a towel roller stand." Boring subject. But it has an unusual shape and 120 degree mitres that I had to make a table saw sled jig so it is a perfect candidate for a click bait title. The video is pretty engaging and has some humor, so just need to get people to click on it. Search "Clickbait is Unreasonably Effective" by Veritasium for some ideas. The trick is to not trick people as it will back fire with poor retention and get dislikes.

@@Saw-IT absolutely, we never want to lie or mislead. you did save 250 bucks by repairing it yourself, so the title is justified, however some people will be unhappy because it is making money by not spending it. for me it's just as good if not a better way because we learn something from every repair job, and we create potential to repeat that process [commercially] countless times

@@TigerCarpenter The only misleading bit is that Panasonic say there is no user serviceable parts inside, when all it needed was a common microswitch LOL. My wife wanted to buy a new one so that is $250 in my pocket - true. It is pretty hard fitting a complete repair job in a 1minute video but it was fun and I will make more RU-vid #shorts for sure. Perhaps teasers for my bigger videos to get more coverage and subscribers.

@@Saw-IT often stuff that we find ordinary or boring, would become a very well performing content. I'm pretty sure nowadays most people would just trash a microwave or washing machine that has sone minor issue but it's just too much hassle to put it in the truck and get it fixed and bring back. I have a few good amplifiers with 1 channel not working and most likely it's a power transistor that blew up I really feel great satisfaction when I bring something dead back to life

Sorry all i can say is the door mechanism is very similar on most microwaves so if you have the same fault it is probably one of those microswitches and that indicates a cheap repair. Unless you have a multimeter, access to parts and electrical knowledge I would not attempt it yourself.
