Absolutely AWESOME Dave. Just what I was looking for. I live full time, traveling in my RV - and have a severe lack of ability to attach to anything, as you can imagine.
Control the bands don’t let the bands control you a few videos ago you did biceps with the torro bands and you said don’t curl your wrists well Dave I did that and I never felt so much pain in my biceps I had to take a break and then continue that was great advice, great video Dave see you in the next video!

Just was gifted a band a week ago found your channel about 4 days ago in the middle of my first day (biceps & triceps) got to the end of biceps on to triceps i only have a medium band right now but i feel the burn fasho liked and subscribed big homie thank yiu again
Really great video series for me as I am just now getting back into a fitness program. It would be helpful for me if you could do each of these as a complete workout including all sets and reps. It would make it easier for me as a beginner to help check form and to help gauge progress. Thanks for all the hard work you’re doing for us!
I agree the full workout to follow with would be amazing bcz I'm thinning of just using his workouts as my only workout so I can really focus on form and technique and see some solid results and get stronger
Just got these bands today and they seem awesome. Will use them tonight after my movie. Lol. I’m always scared to use bands because I’m 6’2 and I feel like they’re gonna snap.
Hello Discipline Dave. I've just gotten bands and I am really going to enjoy these workouts. Thanks so much for all your information, knowledge and workouts. I'm learning the high reps, partial reps and low reps, and their suggested resistance levels. Can I incorporate high, partial and low in one full set in a body part? Thanks much.
Amazing video for a total beginner like me who's just starting with resistance bands. I have a question: how can you tell you are actually working the biceps? Tried to keep my form as close as I could to Discipline Dave's but I keep feeling the tension mostly on my forearm next to my elbow. Thank you🙇
Thank you for this series, I do indeed have a problem with finding a good door to attach this stuff to. So would this also work with bands that have grips?
@@DisciplineDave thank you for taking the time! yeah but these require an attachment. loved the idea of a series without attachments. i can't get sun bands where i live, so i'd have to get cheap knock offs. let's see if i can find a decent one. cheers!
Have you done a tube band v loop/flat band video? If you haven’t you should cause I’m at that point where I need to up in resistance and I need to decide which to get
Quick question here, by sets do you mean each individual exercise 15-20 times, rest for a minute, repeat exercise two more times? Or every exercise in the video 15-20 times, rest a minute, then do them all again two more times?
Do you workout often? Are you making sure that you’re not shrugging up your shoulders when you’re doing each rep? Are you giving Max effort with good form where are you possibly couldn’t do another rep in the set?
