The Earth Posture is the last poture of Integral Taichi set. It is easy and good Qigong Posture.
This posture helps us to generate energies of relaxing and resting with feet, toes and hands. this is the posture also helps us to get in touch with The Earth ‘s energies.
If you love to pratice this set of Integral taichi, you can choose some of easy posture to start with. If you are good at moving and being flexible , you can choose more active and flexible postures to pratice. Therefore you don't feel bored or too much when you enjoy this Integral Taichi..
remember to relax your body and breathe naturally . Hopefully you enjoy your exercise mindfulness with a lot of joy and peace..
