Welcome to Day 25 of the RESTART series! 🎥 Today, I’m reflecting on my journey and feeling proud of how far I’ve come-just 5 days left to complete the challenge! With exams finally over, I have some free time, so I focused on editing my remaining videos after hitting the gym. I also tried capturing some cinematic shots on my way to the gym. Here's the workout for today:

1. Inclined Smith Machine Chest Press - 2 sets, 8-12 reps
2. Hybrid Chest Press/Fly Machine - 2 sets, 8-12 reps
3. Lat Pulldown - 2 sets, 8-12 reps
4. T-Bar Rows - 2 sets, 8-12 reps
5. Lat Pullover - 2 sets, 15-20 reps
6. Cable Chest Fly - 2 sets, 15-20 reps
7. Plank - 3 minutes
8. Cardio - 2 Kilometer Run
