Hi Yogis, this class is for all of you who spend most of your days standing on your feet. Over time it's pretty common to start developing back pain, so this is a short practice you can start doing to give yourself some relief. We will be doing a mix of Hatha and restorative yoga poses and all you need is a wall. We will stretch out the lower back with some twists and folds, do a bit of core work and open up the hip flexors.

I can't tell you how much this video has helped me! I've been struggling with lower back pain for YEARS. I have an excellent chiropractor, but I would always feel good for 1-2 days, then digress. He told me that I have tight muscles and I didn't do much about it. Then I decided to try this video out - thinking I'd try to stretch out the muscles - and holy shit that was the answer! After the FIRST TIME I did this video, I felt instant relief! The back pain was 85% gone! YASSS!! Now I'm a believer! I'll DEFINITELY be checking out your other videos as I look to increase my flexibility, strength, and balance! Cheers!!

I’ve been doing your short morning videos for about a month now and I’m having terrible back pain today (an issue I’ve struggled with on and off for 20 years) and I can already tell that this is an amazing exercise. I felt slow release of all tensions as I was moving through the poses 💕

I started doing yoga with kassandra with your morning yoga challenge. Since then I have been mostly doing your videos. This is probably the "oldest one" yet. And you can really tell how much you have grown and the experience you now have and share with us. I really liked this practice. But the voice over vs the direct instructions from you makes a huge difference 😊 it feels more like practicing with you / in a studio. Will definitely repeat this practice though, as it really helped my lower back.

Thank you for this! I have struggled with back pain as long as I can remember and this practice helped me so much. The final movement actually brought tears to my eyes it was such a relief to feel the tension releasing.

Really nice quick sequence....Just what this older fairy seasoned yogi needed....Back feels MUCH better. Do question the accessibility of that single leg forward fold with bind...I knew enough not to let it frustrate me and modified. I always do your classes when I'm traveling. Thanks so much!!

Great video. Also, an ad for Dr. Marty’s dog food ran along with your video. It was informative, and resultantly, I spent over $300 on dog food. The purchase was my most expensive at-home yoga lunch break ever (especially during COVID-19).

Chronic Lower Back Pain is quite often the SI Joints, or Sacroiliac Joints. It's what Chriopracters are adjusting in your lower back. If it feels like broken glass in there, like nothing can touch, learn about your SI Joints. Change your whole world. This whole episode stretches them out, but if there's still pain, there's more you can do. I don't know why we aren't taught about it, when it's what most of us mean when we say "Lower Back Pain." Crazy. (Thank you for the video! It's great!!!)

Love your videos - the ten minute sessions have helped me get my husband into yoga during lockdown. He has a chronic sore back which yoga is helping so having done the 10 min morning sessions a few times I am now searching for more 15 minute videos to gradually increase stamina. This one ended a bit abruptly :) but was otherwise a good stretch.

I do not do yoga regularly and while I recognise the main poses and function I found your transitions between the poses too hurried which made me turn off. I feel that what your teaching is good just it's pace is wrong especially for people that are browsing for solutions.
