Wow! This is similar to my problem. I’ve done the colonoscopy, endoscopy, was sent to rheumatologist, ex-rayed, sonogram my stomach, sleep problems , stressed. I thought it was the sugar.Nothing came out from all of my tests. I try to hydrate and add a little bit of salt ( pink salt) to my diet. I cut processed and significant sugar from my diet. Quit my job, I turned 60 in 2022. I have less inflammation, was told I have immune problems after all the test that led to nothing. All of these significant issue started during May 2021. I feel hopeful because of her sharing the story. Thank you. 🙏🏼

I started getting insomnia from taking antibiotics in Feb Rifaximin. Since then I have insomnia, I can't fall asleep no matter what. Some days I slept but ever since I have been trying different foods. But am sure that fermented foods give me insomnia, also whole grains, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts I added just recently. It is crazy. Any advice, please? Thank you.
