I'm not sure, if I'd cry. But Tennant's moment, when he's ready to fight 'he who knocks four times', and recognises it's Wilf. The moment of absolute horror on his face. This isn't an enemy to defeat,... that his destruction is a price he must choose to pay. It cuts deeply! Ah, hell! The whole Wilf - Ten dynamic is brilliantly played by both actors.

I will never accept the doctor being the timeless child. its just making her another messiah figure rather than having the character's adventures making her special she's just this immortal. also I'm totally against giving the character a backstory. I'm hoping that it turns out that Omega, Rassilon or The Master is actually the child (in that order) because it would make way more sense. or, better still the entire Whittaker era is set in a parallel universe. It would not only create wider opportunities in a multiverse concept (or Doctorverse if you will) but allow this era to stand on its own in a way like how Pertwee's doctor was exiled to Earth. anyway traditional rant over, love the video still very entertaining.

I think River could return, as a one off. A Doctor-Lite story, with Jack. I can just picture it, the pair of them not knowing the common link they share... Perhaps leaving on that epiphany. Like the reveal, at the end of the episode, "They called me the Face of Boe!, and Jack's already left, Martha and the Doctor exchanging looks, and the same thoughts unspoken. Her encounter would have to be Doctor-free to not spoil the Darillium ending. Similiarly with the Face of Boe.

I cried when 11 met Amy and Rory again at Christmas, and was so shocked and confused when they said they already had a place set for him. When he cried it showed that he always puts on this happy attitude and persona but underneath is so damaged and neglectant of human kindness that he stands genuinely confused, touched by a simple act of Christmas Dinner and beguins to happy cry. Something he previously referred to as "human woomany" idk jus rlly meaningful to me 😂

The 60th needs to be 10, 12 and 13. Against their masters.

My idea for the 60th would be where one of the doctor's big foes (daleks/master etc), develops a technology to trigger a 'degeneration' in the doctor causing them to age rapidly and regenerate backwards. They would have to solve this and save the day until they completely degenerate through their cycle of 13 which would be fatal to a timelord. This would also age all the previous incarnations that the doctor degenerates back into as that specific body is dead. This could account for actors aging. The Tardis would also be able to detect the different incarnations of the doctor and get confused and could change the interior in response, like in day of the doctor, allowing for old tardis sets. I feel like it would be a way to bring back the doctors and account for aging from the actors. Also they wouldn't have to do the whole save Gallifrey thing again.

60th special WHAT AN IDEA I have to say : assuming there are 3 doctors. Each are in conflict with a Daley fillet throughout time and space. There is a “life particle” which unlike the death particle gives life to things. Each fleet has 1 part and u need all 3 parts for it to work. All the fleets and the doctors fall through a “boundary” and end up on gallifrey and they have to defeat 3 Dalek fleets, gain the particle to regenerate gallifrey but it also regenerates the archives revealing the doctors past lives

Sean Pertwee is actually Jon Pertwee's son, not his grandson... I agree with you, though. If he was willing to take the part on, Sean Pertwee would do an amazing job recreating the role. (PS - he even posted some photos a few years ago dressed as the Third Doctor... the resemblance between him and his father is uncanny!)

I would personally really like to see Sylvester McCoy in one of the upcoming seasons. The Cartmell Masterplan was the big idea that inspired Chibnall for Timeless Children, and since the 7th Doctor dealt with that first (in Cold Fusion and Lungbarrow) it would make sense to have him around to help Jodie's Doctor like 'remembers' these reveal. About being The Other's reincarnation and all. Could also be a way to bring the Looms into the TV show, and possibly a way to bring back a semblance of life to Gallifrey. Until BBC or the show tells that the books, comics and Big Finish products are not Canon (and I hope this will never happen 😂) then Gallifrey is still filled with the genetic material of every dead Time Lord/Lady before the Master killed those who were alive. The Doctor could easily "create" a new generation of Time Lords/Ladies using the different Looms. And... Well it'd continue with her God-like attributes as the Timeless Children once again, so it'd fit? 😅

They ain't getting Capaldi or Tennant to appear without a walk back on the Timeless Child BS or massive pay day, same goes for Matt Smith after they rendered his last few specials utterly meaningless. The past Doctors in the 60th special (if it happens) will be represented by cute cloned kid mini-versions of all the Doctors. Kind of like the X-Babies created by Mojo in the X-men comics.

I think it is time to take it off for another 'rest' and leave the show's legacy in the much more capable hands of Big Finish and the written word just as happened ( but not for good reasons really) in 1989. There definitely needs to be a full blown 60th anniversary special in 2013 but as a one off. It could possibly come back in 5 or six years after that with a new Doctor , a different team of showrunners and a completely different vision. The show would then be in the hands of the young people who I think are our hope for the future.

none of the characters you mention will be able to steer doctor who away from the path of destruction that the bbc, chibnall and whittaker have taken doctor who down, the show has just lost all credibility !
