Todd, love your videos. Great quality and very engaging. But can I make a small suggestion? Have you tried using a De-Esser in your audio? It could also be my sound that is amplifying all the high frequencies and especially the ”sssss” sound at the end of the phrases. But regardless of that, great videos. Keep it up!

Hey Todd, thank you ever so much for sharing! Do I understand this right that you use these exclusively for the heads of the respective tripod system? My thought in the beginning was "why wouldn't you just use an arca suisse L bracket so that you can drop your cam anywhere?" I imagine switching heads to be sometimes a bit inconvinient depending on how sturdy the base is. Greetings from switzerland!

Great video. I just bought their monopod and tripod and the sea stars. I cannot get the sea stars to stay securely on the plate that attaches to the underside of the fluid head. There are no screws to secure it to the fluid head like on the base plate with the screws you showed tightening. How do you secure it to the underside of the camera head??

These seem cool. I just wish they made a larger one that could handle more than 20lbs. I would pay more for larger ones

How do they compare to arca plates etc. I can see a place for accurately positioning heads etc, but I find arca plates a lot more useful for mounting cameras lenses etc as they are a lot more universal

How much do they weigh? I'm wondering about going from a gimbal to a tripod, etc. I've been thinking about getting quick release plates (I think the 2 s ends make it weird to say). I find myself changing mounting way too much.

Is there a locking mechanism incase you don't hit the release switch. Are you worried you might accidentally unlock it while working?

How would 1 screw on the quick release plate prevent whatever it is attached to from spinning, compared to a 2-screw Manfrotto plate?

A ball head on top of a ball head? That hardly seems like the most stable arrangement. Do you actually use it configured in this manner or is this just for demonstration purposes?

Out of the box this thing is great Three months in - it doesn't work and is potentially damaging to your equipment Don't buy Customer support terrible I tried to help them - no avail
