Hello, could you help me, my refrigerator does not cool well at the top, the freezer has always been good., how do you cool the top has always cooled little.?
@@vivianeribas4230 adjust the temperature 37 degrees is recommended. Also air flow is important not over packing the refrigerator… check in the freezer open the door and see if theirs any ice build up on the back panel .. if so you need a tech to check it out
Here is the update on my 2 year old frig. The unit has been down since August 1st 2023 the unit can not be repaired due to lack of available parts. The Home depot warranty company has now refunded 100% of the purchase price plus tax. I wanted to add that in 2020 we bought the Frig , dish washer and range ALL UNITS HAVE FAILED IN LESS THAN 2 YEARS OF USE. What a joke

Quick question - do the door and freezer doors/drawers close without physically pushing them closed? On some refrigerators, the doors close with a slight push, and in others (Bosch) you really have to push the closed or they will bounce open.
Yes you are correct… just a slight push and the door will close depending on how far you pull them out …hope this helps thanks for your support and checking out our videos 🙏🏽
at 1:11:00 drawer's control collects water underneath and the board at 1:13:59 gets destroyed together with wires and connectors due to moisture and corrosion. You either solder wires to the new drawer control or if the wires completely corroded replace the drawer. Cheaply made two small drawers in the freezer are falling apart when pulling drawrs to get food. This fridge is made mostly out of cheap plastic. Charging $4k for this fridge should be criminal! At 1:17:05 this is a dual evaporator fridge. Freezer and ref are independent and controlled via 3-way solenoid valve. The dumper is just for the left drawer 1:11:00.
you are so righf as after 3 years of use mine was dead... stopped working and called service and then repaired anf few months later dead again and finally got it replaced under warranty...
Ice dispenser in door failed 3 times. Rust leaks out of left door ( ice storage door) onto white tray below, staining it. It is 7 yrs old and power shuts off. I have to restart with circuit breaker several times. Just ordered a cheap Frigidaire.
@@nortonralph you are right the main issues Is it goes completely dead and you have to reset the breaker we’ve also replace the control boards and still doesn’t work 🤦🏾♂️…
