Would you recommend the Hayabusa T3 or the Twins-SLG 10 for competitive muay thai fights that require shin guards? Considering both but looking for the pair that had more mobility, hits harder and has more protection. Keep up the awesome videos man!

both of them are awesome. I like the Hayabusa because I never have to readjust it. the Twins Sgl10s stay in really well too but sometimes I have to readjust them when sparring. but I pick the Hayabusa

What is your height and the size of the shin guards (S/M/L)? Also what is your shoe size in order to know if they will also cover my toes?

I walk around at 140 pounds and I'm 5'5 these are size small, I wear a size 9 shoe

Probably, but Hayabusa has a sizing chart on their website you can use to check. You will just need to get a cheap tailor measuring tape from Walmart.
