Nearly everything in Revit is a single use item. Detail views, Schedules, sheets, and elements are all items that can only be used once in one location. You know what CAN be used in multiple places? LEGENDS!!

I’m currently fighting with the “substation” family my company uses. It’s just not flexibly enough so I end up using the switchboard family to model the substation piece by piece. Once I rename the pieces and figure out a good way to string them together, I’ll make a video on it. I personally haven’t had the need to electrically circuit the station in Revit. Have you had a need for it yet? (Usually it’s just there for layout and sizing, all else is refer to single line diagrams)
There are plugins but I have not used any of them. I typically draw them from scratch or use an older project with similar requirements. I know that’s not the best method so I am on the wait list to get SKM(?) that should allow us to run short circuit studies while creating a single line diagram.
Yep we have a legend for each category. Sometimes there’s only one single line sheet so that specific legend appears once. But on lighting plans, the lighting legend will appear on 30 different sheets.
