I totally agree with the Montreal Steak Seasoning. I love that stuff! I'll scarf the fat too. Can't beat asparagus on the grill. Especially if it's wrapped in bacon. Nice video. I'm a new sub.
Great minds think alike. I was grilling ribeyes and asparagus on my charcoal grill, doing it very similar and I was just curious what other cooks were doing. Great video, support from Michigan 😁
Thank you sir, I have found someone who knows how to grill a ribeye! I had to stop your video to complement you! I'm sure as in my grilling world to take a fine ribeye and put the awful word (steak sauce) in the same conversation is grounds for hanging at high noon! Much less put it on a ribeye! If you need steak sauce then you have simply ruined a fine cut of beef, thus they must be sentenced to only be allowed to grill chicken for the rest of your life! I'm your newest follower and secriber and look forward to watching other videos thanks from North Carolina, and also thank you for grilling with charcoal! Gas is used to heat your residence and hot water with NOT GRILL!

You need to try this! Olive oil, aged Balmasnic vinagarette. 1 tsp or less porchinee mushroom dust and a spice I found yrs ago called Jim Baldridge. ( It’s the BOMB). Let me know what you think. P.S. you can get Jim Baldridge on line.
Aim'em and Claim'em Smokers ... yes you both are correct .. they snap naturally off when u push on the bottoms... but in restaurants we cut the bottom off about a inch to 2 inches.. with the elastic band still holding the top like u did... that's how we get them all the same size and they look great on the plate....
@@Champ75A Ask anyone that knows anything about steaks and see what they say. If you prefer eating something that taste like shoe leather then go for. You’re free to ruin your steak however you want.
@@CentralTexasGrilling I don’t need to ask anyone anything for confirmation. Though I don’t consider myself an expert whether or not you prefer one to another is purely subjective and therefore doesn’t give you or anyone autonomy in terms of what’s good, bad, right, or wrong. A well done steak, like anything else if done correctly, is anything but a waste. I couldn’t care less what you or any other so-called expert thinks about it. I wouldn’t know if it tasted like shoe leather or not but apparently you have perhaps from sticking your own foot in your mouth. I wouldn’t know as again I don’t proclaim expertise but just know that not everyone who claims to like it your way does so because they think it’s the way their supposed to have it. They listen to the likes of people like yourself because you speak with such absolute authority. They just don’t know any better and/or can’t think for themselves.
