Mad underrated player for sure. There is a reason he played so long. Played smart and took his opportunities to shine. Young players need to take note of guys like this. Also he PACKED it on cats at the rim like a boss.
@@WyWid the thing is. I'm talking about today just as I assume you are. I don't think RJ will be much of a threat in 2021. If he was, he'd still be in the league
People dont realize who this guy was. He was rising big time with Kidd and Kmart and I firmly believe Vince coming to the Nets stopped Jefferson developing into the next level.
@@zbark3110 Never understood people like you that just make up some random “20 games” stat. Pretty much played all 82 with the Nets except for 2 seasons where his low was 33 games.
I will always love the story tween RJ and Gilbert being in the same draft class RJ going to the finals makin a solid 2.5 mil per year And Gilbert just teasing his ass and saying congrats on the Finals stint And laughing about the 11mil per year he geta paid AS A 2ND ROUNDER
Didn't paid attention to RJ previously during his playing years. He started all 82 games but I don't seem to remember he was there :P Man I didn't know he averages 20 ppg and all. This the few times I'd agree with the word "underrated" being used.
Kind of ironic this real showed more of the transition dunks on other teams from his old man years when that's what he was known for in his prime on the Nets lol
