@@jerkchickenblog He was joking about that. He was an adult when he came to America. He had an Australian band in his teens. He came to America to make it big in his early twenties. He actually had to get a voice coach to drop his accent.

@@richcampbell6808 I think playing music and bringing joy to peoples lives has something to do with it. Sammy looks pretty damn good for his age also. I play music full-time for a living, I’m 57 years old, and most people tell me they think I am in my early 40s, late 30s.

@d ellingson me too and yes lots of great memories, love seeing Sammy do these interviews it's great to hear them talk about the seventies and eighties kind of like we all connect at least the music part away if we are from that era. Great to see these guys kind of bittersweet at the same time everybody getting old I seen Sammy live with Van Halen the first year of them together here in Kansas City in 1986, it's kind of cool because there is a couple videos on RU-vid from that concert that somebody had recorded on a VHS recorder I assume and just knowing I was in that audience it's kind of neat to see that all these years later anyway I can go on and on LOL take care
