Well that's because the guy who makes the videos is trying to send a message that he shut Ricky up or people like Ricky.,... But absolute not boss man was wrong. You don't try to force anything on anyone or try to overwork them or you'll get a lawsuit and I'm being dead serious. What the boss man did was harass Ricky and say that his list is extra extra long more than the other workers that's deliberate harassment. He would have a lawsuit in real life.

The boss man did not put anything in perspective. He actually harassed Ricky. He was trying to say Ricky has to do more than what he was actually hired for. And there's laws against that. Drinking on the job, deliberately destroying property, not to mention all the different ways he tends to fuck off and do nothing. Brings it on himself. I can't tell you how many places I've worked where I'm getting screwed over constantly as one of the hard workers because of an employee similar to Ricky. You want to know how you lose a good worker? When I work in a garden center my list was the full page and the younger higher paid men had 3 single lines. I had all my certifications and could run a register. Had one young man ask why I got to run the machinery when I came in...told him cause I could whip his a$$ with one hand while driving the forklift and not blink. He told me I was scary and never questioned me driving the heavy equipment again...

@@wesw9586 I manage the irrigation techs for the company and I schedule each job that comes in the the 2 techs I have. So I give them each around 2 to 8 jobs each depending on how long each job will take. I mostly handle around 10 to 12 jobs including the ones that come in through out the day.
Thank the good lord somebody gets it!! These management pricks couldn't have that job without all the Rickys getting shit done for them and they need to be shown this fact.
My boss once tried to play the only as good as your last game card with me That was 15 years ago and my company has naw outlasted his Even after I subcontracted to them to try and help them Odds are if your list is longer than everyone else that means they need you more not less It’s simple math Boss doesn’t want a fight to get work done so they give the work to people that can reduce their stress
Honestly, I would have still walked out. Just because they tolerate some things, does NOT mean you get to do everyone else's job so they get a free ride.
Shit that one came a little too close to home. I show up an hour late every day I take an hour and a half lunch break every day and I'm usually out of there 15-20 minutes early But never f****** my world's never break I never have a problem with anything I get my machines and my job done in the same amount of time as everybody else I just work about 3 3 1/2 hours or less everyday. And the only thing it affects is MY paycheck. Like I said every machine/unit I build gets done on time every time

Being the owner/ boss I decide who gets which job that day and if you get the shit job it means either you're the low man on the totem pole, you've pissed me off usually by doing something stupid, or it's just for my entertainment
