ya we’re currently frustrated with our mother and her realtor we don’t know how to reach them to let them know the critiques they get on her house… why do they take them personally? omg… like venting daily to each other over things like “the appliances aren’t top of the line” correct they aren’t thank you for highlighting that fact you choose to get offended otherwise but our body is an #indigenous one our culture is Pagan Nation they’re a different culture can’t figure it out cheers #2Spirit

While I agree with that, most of society doesn't support that claim.

I find it funny when people create the offense out of thin air when the thing that offends them actually has nothing to do with them personally. Its like they're just looking for a reason to be offended. 1st world problems indeed.

@@davidpar2 you can choose to think this way, you create your own reality with how you choose to react to things. If you choose to be offended, then that is what you will be. People have somehow forgotten that you alone are responsible for your own thoughts and feelings.

He might make a joke about disabled people, for example, as a subject, the people in the audience aren't all disabled but they're still gonna be offended or at least a bit uneasy, not all jokes are aimed at specific types of people, they're intended to make people laugh, which is the target audience, the objective is to make people laugh

Take a joke he's made from one of his Golden Globes Monologue. It was something about a movie poster and the girls on the poster being really airbrushed, "Girls, we know how old you are, I saw one of you in an episode of Bonanza." The subject of that joke were the girls in the movie and their age, but the target was airbrushing. People got offended on behalf of the girls, saying things like, "That was ageist," but it wasn't. The *target* of the joke, the thing he was making fun of, was airbrushing, not their age, and the medium (in other words, the subject) for delivering that joke was the poster.
