@@matt59fire y’a but 6 child support payments out of each check, paying back destroy equipment and paying back an advance that he gets each week. But he still has 1500 left after all that taken out and taxes. So he probably makes close to 5000 to 6000 a week🤣
I laugh so I don't cry. $16/hr. 2 kids and a house payment. Most of my friends complain about college loans, I would be bankrupt if I even had a car loan. My vehicles are a 98 Cadillac, and a 94 Chevy 1500.
@@MERICANMOTO could literally have it in stages. Rickey meets the crew for the first time and is excited and willing to work. Then slowly show the evolution of zero fucks to give
@@slavetothegrind872 well there was the time roscoe whooped his ass over a ratchet and the other one when roscoe slapped the shit outta him for skipping in line
Ricky thought he had the Boss Man on the ropes til the Boss Man pulled the Ace out of his sleeve 😂. Then the look of defeat on Ricky's face said it all 🤣.
If only he didn’t destroy equipment and blow his money over the weekend he’d still have more than the new guy, there’s no helping him with baby mommas except for a paternity test but if they all pass then that’s that
@@ironicweeb4111 his baby mommas sound like my brothers ex/baby momma. That slut now has 5 kids and 4 baby daddy paychecks. I'm sure it would have been 5 for 5 but she had twins with one of them. It's best to just steer clear of these females out there today, or at minimum double wrap it and don't use your real name.
I'm retired now in my late 60's. For 20 years I worked for contractors in the Texas refineries. The list of different jobs I did are too long to list. Being a woman who worked and did not play the female card I had respect. Having grown up in a family of construction Brown and Root workers, I knew I was not going to be bandied about at holiday dinners as I heard other women on job sites talked about. Your humor is spot on and I laugh at how accurately you portray real life! Thank you!
You know I always love these because they have a lot of things in common with the service industry. Even this one but for a different reasons. I was a food service manager for 10 years. Then we get a memo saying new starting wage for All new hires 14.00/HR I go okay so I worked my way up the last 10 years to 14.50/HR. So we're just going to hire on people for $0.50 less and call that good. HR and payroll was all like you get 10 hours of mandatory overtime That makes up the difference. Whereas the crew members are authorized to get overtime but not guaranteed. Nah man I'll quit get rehired as a crew member. Thus get to do less work for the same amount of money. Within 6 months the rest of the management at the store followed suit. We all ended up getting repromoted with a 4 dollar per hour raise.
Yeah, company's always seem to forget the people that work there already that got them to the point that can hire new guys at or about the same wage they're paying the old timers, big slap in the face for those employees that have sacrificed for the company , im just saying hits close to home for SOOO many hard dedicated workers😮
Ricky is damn good at what he does. I was 100% on his side til the boss started asking those questions. Ricky needs to get a side hustle as a salesman.
Been in construction for some 30 years. Every company or every job site I've ever been on has had a Ricky paycheck person on it. Also has the guy that has to work 60 hours/week to break even because of his overpriced lifestyle, trucks, boats, bikes, wheeling, etc!
something tells me bossman's truck is gonna have 4 random mysterious flat tires out of the blue on his truck all of a sudden, for no good reason at all...🤣🤣🤣
that`s probably because hiring wages to compete with inflation, while regular wages do not. this si why gen z and millennials switch jobs every 2-3 years. the faster way to get a raise.
There's some places up in Alberta that start completely green and inexperienced folks at 35+ 😂 More if you already have your Class 1 and all your safety tickets, even if you've never used them, lol.
If you're not getting 1500$ with 40 hours you're doing something wrong. Skilled trade workers should be making that minimum after they know what they're doing and have their tools/trucks.
@LightHouse I think the point of saying that is that he's not skilled labor (yet) I'm a budding mechanic, but I'm not skilled labor either and as such I don't expect to pull anything more than 500 a week
@@vlad1889 Oh I'm not in the construction field at all, just saying in general. I was in the Army for 8 years, now I'm that scummy office worker guy lmao.
I worked with a guy that was paying for 2 brand new cars and 4 kids on child support. I dont know how he even had enough money to pay for gas to get to work at that point.
He's plotting his revenge. Ricky is furious he was humiliated. Ricky is going to get revenge on Bossman for holding him accountable for that property destruction. Ricky is going to get revenge on Newguy for *not* having any baby mommas. Ricky gonna Ricky.

The place I work doesn’t have a pay scale. They thought that going straight to the top with all the new guys was good enough to keep employees. Fortunately there’s quite a few guys that are nearing retirement and don’t give a crap what their pay is. I’m tired of making the same as the new guys and training them lol
LMFAO the part about the advances, lmfao I lost it at that part. That use to be me. Lol. Not any more, sitting decent in the dozer these days, I put in my time.
THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WATCHING.. OMG LMFAO I COULDN'T EVEN FINISH..MY JOINT I WAS LOL TOO HARD 💪💪💯🔥🔥💯🔥💯💯💯🔥🤟✌️😜😋🥃🥂🥃🥂 NOW WHEN MY DAY SUCKS U CAN MAKE MY DAY BETTER TY I SURE NEEDED A LOL 😊
Ours is named Tommy! Mondays are definitely not his strongest day of the week if he even shows up but he's pretty goid about showing up on a Friday! We can't even let Tommy operate any heavy machinery unless its after Tuesday but before lunch. Im not to sure why the boss made that rule and I'm kinda scared to ask😜
Lol, and here I thought this was going to be a video about salary compression. BTW, taking out for damaging equipment sounds like a video for that labor lawyer.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Reminds me of a guy I worked with about 35 yrs. ago, he was married with 2 kids and thought he should get paid more than me just because of that.
All said and done though... If I hadn't wronged ricky, or at least wronged him and gave him a few free ones to square up, I think I would trust ricky with my life.
