I propose a simple and easy recipe for buns with a crispy crust, everyone will be able to succeed with it!
4 ingredients:
500 g of flour type 00 (4 cups)
7 g of dry yeast (1 teaspoon)
9 g of salt (1 teaspoon)
350 ml of hot water (1.4 metric cup)
Optional
50 g flour for dusting the table

* Kneading time - 2 minutes
* Rising time - 1 hour dough + 30 minutes buns
* Baking time - 40 minutes
🌡️Bake at 190°C / 374°F
Enjoy it hot or cold, it has an extraordinary taste anyway!👌👍

Good morning, time always depends on your oven! It took me 40 minutes, look at the color of the buns, bake for 30 minutes in the middle, and check the color, if they are brown then it's enough, if they haven't browned yet then leave another 10-15 minutes. I advise you to sprinkle them with water before putting them in the oven.❤️

The oven must always be preheated! Especially for bread, regardless of the recipe, the oven must be preheated! Never put the dough in a cold oven, you will have a hard crust, and the bread will be flat.
