I suspect that Kip's participation in the amazing book "Gravitation" has something to do with the success of this project. Money, project management and execution are essential heros of human progress but you need a creative meme to hang any enterprise on and that has to belong to the realm of seeking understanding of our world which Kip with Wheeler and Misner promoted so well in their fascinating book "Gravitation". Very few people can follow the math in it, all of us can follow the quotations, summaries and excitement in explaining the ideas. My copy has the dedication "To our fellow citizens Who for love of truth, Take from their own wants By taxes and gifts, And now and then send forth One of themselves As dedicated servant, To forward the search Into the mysteries and marvelous simplicities Of this strange and beautiful Universe, Our home."

The Experts that give a lot of fact,including to find out how and why Black Holes are there.Experts that have speech in here,sometime may think 'could discover' the way to touch a physical Universe.From early Days,somehow I had an Idea:Human Being are living Body.Once the function stop,I mean dead,it is over.Even,the ancient Human Being were believe that God will come back and 'wake up'.May this reason left behind 'Mummy'.I may have a development,according to the oriented thought that I carry with me,even thinking about somewhere may come to,after life to know the Matter:If Universe is dead,there's no Universe.One of those speech,had been telling about 'Empty Universe,without Electric Field'.So I think my Idea or 'Day's dream':Universe must be a Body,and its function could be more perfect than our Body's perfection.And this,makes me think about the source or anyway of feeding (or injection),by Phenomenon,of course.Black Hole were present,to this Date,look like Two on evolution,anything can connect with Universe as a Gate,in and out by those Black Hole swing around and this function may the way that control Gravity wave.If any Space Vehicle can take off,by Gravity in action,may merger on System that allow to travel on Universe without driven by Source of power.I can't go further,so Scientist,But my point is:Universe is one of the Universes,with a perfection of structure,so good that can call a living Body.It is too late for me.But I will continue to learn the Basic knowledge and information about how far people has got to.I am not expect 'luck',as well as,the first time telling:"Black Hole may use to go to other Universe".However it is my 'escape' for further oriented opinion.And Scientist don't have any further Data,even they are a lot in Number,own a lot of advanced Technology and Money to spend.If get to some Data,to tell how Earth is alive for Billion years,could be a step to continue,too.
