I’m seeing a trend in this series: Nicole makes a complex dish that includes the special item as an ingredient, Josh makes a simple dish that utilises the special items as the main ingredient.
It’s weird thinking that this is their job. I just kind of picture Josh like a stray cat. Coming and going as he pleases, doing what he wants, belonging to no one.
Josh I just want to say thank you for inspiring me to go to culinary school. If you can find success by making food on the internet that a 16 year old stoner would think up, then maybe I can figure this life thing out too.
"I wanna dip my steak in your soup" That how Chef chat each other up, But what's more funny is me being like "ohhh that be nice dipping the stack into the soup " but then everyone faces change and am like Ohhhh am not thinking about food anymore lol
Josh is awesome for being able to move from intelligent capable chef to toddler in the same moment. Nicole being able to handle him and his antics and still keep a good sense of humor and be an intelligent chef the entire time, is even more impressive.
I love the show more when Nicole is on it. She is great. Funny, personable, and all around beautiful woman. Need more Nicole in our and my life. Much love to you both.

I'm with you. The duo of Rhett and Link has run it's course. I love them but they've became so scripted and to me Links humor just isn't that funny to me. You can see Rhett trying to carry the show but Link just refuses to play along. With Mythical Kitchen it's so fun watching Josh make everyone feel awkward. I do wonder if he's pissed anyone off actually. Like this episode I can't tell if Nicole is annoyed that Josh keeps repeating her inability to read. She can obviously read.
I really only watch GMM when Josh and Nicole have created something! Rhett and Link just aren't fresh or funny last year or so. The overwhelming commercialization of GMM has really turned me off also!
I love Nicole and Josh together; their dynamic is awesome and the way Nicole gives in to Josh's antics is great. Also, did anyone else notice Nicole's eye makeup? So pretty!!
The amount of love Josh has for food and the way he acts about it plus how stubborn he can behave and how long it took for him to adopt more sanitary practices in the kitchen (vs how people normally cook at home)...it truly wouldnt surprise me if he is legit a fellow Taurus.

Pretty sure that's an induction stovetop, which means the only part that's hot is what's underneath the pan. That's why it's still black around the edge, and why the cracker didn't burn. I've never used one though so I could be wrong.

My mom just made a “mock apple pie “ the other night. She wouldn’t tell us why she called it that until we all tried it. It tasted normal... like actual apple pie. It wasn’t. It had Ritz instead of apples...... I’m not even kidding.
Show idea: Josh orders meals from Hello Fresh, Blue Apron, Home Chef, etc but has to use the provided ingredients to make something completely different. I’m gonna harass y’all with this comment until you do it. 😭
I didn’t know using Ritz as a coating was a new thing. I have been using it for a long time on fried chicken for my kid’s. I love the way it taste. Good job guys.
