Tonyzee I haven’t had to change to bulb 💡 but I would imagine it would need to be removed. There are 4 small screws through the front that are easily accessed.
Brian Lucas I haven't really driven the bike at highway speeds for more then 5 minutes as of yet. I would say it helps a little but it is more for styling.
I got the fairing used and i didnt have the spacer and bolt. Are the bolts same length as the factory bots and what is the length of the spacers? I need to find alternative..
I believe the bolts that hold the fairing to the triple clamp are longer. Without removing them I couldn`t tell you exactly how long. I would recommend using some stainless steel or Aluminium washers as spacers and then stack them for the desired thickness.
smoothdurban thank you so much! One more question, what are the two pointy plastic nails with the rubber washers for? That run perpendicular to the fork bolt? It doesnt seem to hold anything in place.
Tonyzee those plastic washers simply act as a buffer between the bracket and the fork. My guess would be they keep the bracket from making permanent marks on the fork tube
Chris Le Couteur I like it. It looks cool and adds to the appearance of the bike. Installation is easy and if you keep the box you can always re sell it if you don’t like it.
