I got the bad experience for the same crash bar last month when my bike collapsed at stopping condition, the rear bar position touches the engine head cover slightly unbelievable! it caused right side rear head cover screw distorting and oil leaking happens. I think the reason is the gap between the bar and engine head cover is too much short at 1.5 cm only which can't provide enough buffer distance when bar impacted by bike collapses on the ground to touch the cover easily because of the steel elastic deformation even the bolts are in correct torque. That is why others brands crash bars (SW Motech, Rizoma, etc) made more space between bars and head cover than Wunderlich's, I think. Please pay attention on it bro.

Amazing how that engine mount bolt just slid right out for you...nobody I know in person or on my nineT discussions forums managed to do that without a major struggle!. Obviously that isn't the first time you did the bar install...so can you tell us how the first time was? Most people have a hard time even getting the nut off but I can't for the life of me pull that bolt out.
